Beautiful villa in a private quiet area.
We booked this villa for our honeymoon. The photos uploaded by the owners are exactly what you get. Fantastic. Loved it. They even stocked the fridge for our arrival and left a home cooked meal in the oven. It's in a really quiet area so really peaceful and private.

Visited this villa for two weeks in July. The 5th guests to visit i believe. The pictures on line look incredible but certainly don't do this place justice. Its huge, spotlessly clean, very private, quiet, great decor, managed by wonderful people who leave you alone, surprisingly close to Gaios town centre (you can certainly walk it) and very peaceful with great views. Loved the interior design and spent a lot of the last day taking pictures of furniture so we can buy the same one day. All in all a great place to stay - would certainly go again. Thanks to Jonny for all his help. Hope to see you again one day.

Architects dream house and luxury retreat with the best ocean views in Paxos
We were lucky enough to be the very first guests to stay in Villa Terra Promessa, Wow what a place!
From the moment we entered we were blown away.
Think architects dream project combined with a designer eco retreat in a remote unparalleled location with ocean views to die for.
The modern structure with its clean sharp lines and gleaming glass windows contrasts brilliantly with the dramatic rugged cliffs of the west coast.
The attention to detail and use of beautiful quality natural materials is immediately apparent. No expense has been spared in the selection of stone and wood throughout. The rooms are huge and luxurious accessorised tastefully with a bohemian natural eco style. The outside offers such well thought out areas and furniture to take advantage of both sun or shade at any time of day .
The views from inside and out are breathtaking with the huge picture windows framing undoubtedly the best view on the island out across the ocean to Anti Paxos and the west coast coves. The stunning infinity lap pool and a perfectly positioned yoga mat make this the ultimate place to relax in Paxos . The location and luxury touches and attentive communication by the villa manager Jonny and lovely house keeper made our stay feel very special indeed .! Thank you for entrusting us to be your first guests !

About the neighborhood
The Ionian Isle of Paxos is Small in size, big on tranquility!
Even by Greek standards, Paxos is laid back. At just 10km long and 3km wide, there isn’t space here for the distractions offered by other islands – not once the patchwork of ancient olive groves, secret herders’ tracks and dazzling white pebble beaches has been accounted for. Though, somehow, an impressive 60 tavernas not only survive but thrive!
Secluded but not isolated, the villa is just a 5-minute meander to the characterful hamlet of Velianitatika, where you can enjoy a drink, and do your supermarket shopping. Whilst a further 10-minute walk to the harbour village of Gaios you’ll find a wider choice of restaurants, boat hire and a pleasantly lively buzz in summer.

Everything is very easily accessible on Paxos. It is absolutely lovely to explore and view.
