We have stayed in two apartments run by Tuenchai at Viewtalay 1. She is a perfect host the apartments are clean and serviced every two days I would recommend these apartments and location to anyone wanting to stay in Jontiem, which is only a taxi drive away from Pattaya and a taxi or ten minute walk to the beach.

Stayed for 13 Days at this very conveniently located apartment. The apartment is well furnished and clean. Big fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The bathroom is big and the shower pressure fine. It is a ten Baht bus ride from Jomtiem Beach or Second Road Pattaya, which bus you can catch right outside the complex. Plenty of bars and restaurants. The Baht Bus drops you off at the same place on the other side of the road. Plenty secure parking. Nice friendly bars on the ground floor of the building and there is also a laundry which does a fairly good job. Ms. Teunchai is very easy to deal with, a true professional. Would I rent this apartment again? Yes I will.

I have stayed at view tally on numerous occasions over the last couple of years,It is so accessible for Pattaya,the beach at Jomtien,and the nightlife in both venues depending on your preference.a 3 minute walk puts you onto the main road where transport is available 24 hrs a day every few minutes.the pool at view tally one is massive and perfectly safe for children.A variety of shops bars and restaurants are available on site and there is a 24 hr food mart 3 minutes away that specialises in European food and anything else you reguire.. The Condo is excellent with a huge bathroom and plenty of living space.i travel alone so it is ideal. With more than enough space.The owner is very helpful and having free wi fi,electricity and water is a big saving.the cleaners turn up every few days to change towels and sheets,again included in the price.When I return I will stay there again without hesitation,I have stayed elsewhere on the complex and paid a lot more money including a very much higher deposit.If I can be of any help just email me,and I will be as much help as I can.

This one is a beautiful cozy place with 2 balconies with a nice big bathroom. The stay was very comfortable and our host was very helpful. She even bargained with our taxi and got us a good deal. Our stay in Pattaya for 4 nights was great and one big reason was this condo that was walking distance from Jomtien beach, shops, swimming pool, markets, restaurants, etc all other facilities. Thanks for making it a wonderful stay.

We booked rooms for our family with 3 kids and Tuenchai change us to the bigger rooms. We really appreciated that!

We booked this apt for our family vacation. Tenuchai is a professional & super kind who helped to explain things very well how to reach what to book or not.... The place is as you see in the picture. It is well maintained and the location is very convenient- almost a block away from where the buses come from Bangkok airport. Our flat is on the 6th floor. Has pattaya tower view from the balcony. It is quiet and very clean. Everything works nicely. It is spacious. Shopping is great as there is a market in the complex and just outside food mart. Her fridge is big and she charges the same price as the market for her drinks so if you use it, then restock it before you leave. If you want to go to Pattya during the high season better book this apt way in advance. Its hard to find a comparable place with the same amenities. We go back to Pattaya that is the only place we will book as we were able to cook for our kids who only prefer to home made. Pool is too big and maintained. Kids loved it more than the beach.

Excellent stay great big clean condo. Clean Large beautiful pool. Ideal location not in the crazy part of Pattaya more quiet. But easily accessible by batt bus. Any issues dealt with immediately . Could not ask for a better holiday. my wife and I very much renting this property or doing business with this company. Fantastic night market down the street by batt bus. Friday Saturday Sunday do not buy anything till you shop at the market!

Not being familiar with the resort I was a little hesitant in booking. However, from the initial contact with the owner, Tuanchai she went out of her way to ensure, I had the necessary information, to have a relaxed holiday.d Tuanchai kept in constant email contact, prior to my arrival with tips on transport from the airport, cost etc. She met me at the condo and went through security, amenities and transport to Pattaya. She could not have been a more amenable host. The condo exceeded my expectations being large, vey clean, 2 balconies, zircon, ceiling fans, fridge, large TV etc. The condo faces Pattaya meaning the sun was on the opposite side of the complex. Therefore the condo did not heat up during the day. I was able to leave the sliding doors open all day as they had insect doors. There are restaurants, bars, an atm and a laundry on the ground floor. The pool is huge and the water sparkling. The condo is convenient both to Jomtien (15 minute walk to the beach and shops, or a 3 minute bus ride) and Pattaya (15 minutes by baht bus). I would highly recommend this apartment to a single or couple.

We have stayed here before and liked it, so when we had a few days school holiday we booked the room up again. Firstly it is in a good location easy to get anywhere and the pool its a big plus being of a large size where the kids loved it more than the beach. The room is of a good size made so by knocking 2 apartments into 1 and with a sofa-bed this again was a plus for the kids. It has a bath with shower and a double shower(1 on each wall) all in the 1 bathroom we had a problem with hot water and sink but when SMS the lady looking after us she had someone come fix it within an hour. A good stay and will come back again when the time is right.

This was our first trip to Thailand and found this apartment on Trip Advisor. The apartment is just round the corner from the bus stop to the airport and baht busses are right outside so you can get almost anywhere. The staff on the resort were so friendly and helpful the pool is amazing and the restaurant's on site are fab. You get a welcome pack on arrival and fresh water is delivered every two days and cleaned every two days if required. Felt very safe as very well lit at night, would definately stay here again.
