This two bedroom two bath condo is a sure winner for your Telluride vacation! There are a multitude of upgrades that make this convenient condo a great choice for the savvy traveler. Granite counters in the kitchen, plush furnishings, and southwestern decor all combine to give Etta Place Too #105 an invitingly comfortable ambiance. The beds are a king in the master and a split king (can be king or 2 twins) in the 2nd bedroom. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The master bathroom just had a full remodel and the second bath has been upgraded in the recent past.
Etta Place Too is located at the base of Lift #7 and Lower Milk Run and soaking in the hot tub will surely be entertaining as the last skiers ride off the mountain right in front of you! The slope-side location...

Etta Place Too #105
This is a very nice place to stay. It is ski in ski out at base of coonskin lift. The place itself was perfect for me and my two teens. They provide all the small items that usually I’ve had to purchase in the past like: laundry pods, dryer sheets, foil, plastic wrap, tea, coffee, spices, salt and pepper. The kitchen wasn’t missing a thing except dishwasher pods. I called and they left a box that day. There were plenty of towels stashed in bathrooms. The beds were fine. The TV’s were also nice. The only problem I had was the noise level. The walls are paper thin. Being on the first level, we heard every. Single. Thing . From the the folks above us. We heard their voices, skiing boots taken off, walking around, water on and off. It was really annoying. If you’re going to stay here I suggest not staying on ground level, although the advantage of that was easy in and out of the building to ski. We never tried the hot tub because you have to walk outside for that and it looked pretty small and was always full of people.

Etta Place Too HOA has control over the common areas, including the tub and pool. We do not guarantee HOA amenities as we have no control over them.
Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy:
The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee.
