Our log cabin has a great private location nestled in an aspen grove just minutes from Grand Lake. We are just steps away from Columbine Lake, a private 45 acre natural lake just outside Rocky Mountain National Park. This is the perfect getaway for a family vacation, romantic getaway, or reunion with friends. Our location backs up to private wooded land, allowing for lots of privacy and an abundance of wildlife to come near the cabin including Moose, Deer, Fox, and Elk. We are located on a dead end street with neighbors on one side only. Rocky Mountain National Park is 1 mile away and the Village of Grand Lake is just a couple minutes drive.

Perfect Mountain Cabin
Beautiful Mountain cabin short walk to playground on Columbine Lake. We saw tons of wildlife right out the front door - Moose, deer with babies, humming birds and tons of other birds - one flew in the cabin! Very quiet area was the perfect vacation spot. Loved the upstairs bed room had king bed and bunk bed for our daughter. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay
This cabin is very comfortable and cozy as well as well equipped.
Moose and elks are wandering around in the direct vicinity
Had a wonderful stay in a beautiful setting and can absolutely recommend it for a vacation in the Rocky Mountains National Park

Exceeded Expectations
A beautiful cabin tucked away on a dead end street in a very quiet community. Everything you would need for a great get away is waiting for you. We saw moose and deer daily! The quaint village of Grand Lake is just minutes away by car and is a relaxing stroll. Take advantage of the lake with a boat rental - we enjoyed a spectacular afternoon. If you are a history buff, stop by the Grand Lake Cenetary - located just down the hill - and " read" the stories of the pioneers of the area via the grave markers. And, last but not least, is the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance within 5 minutes of the cabin. Our stay here- 4 adults and a 2 year old - exceeded our expectations on all levels.
