It also features a modern stainless steel kitchen with granite counters, roomy dining area, and a spacious living room with a leather sofa and love seat. The cottage is heated with a combination of hot water baseboard and in floor radiant heat. The cottage has well water which is delicious from the faucet as well as reverse osmosis water filter if you prefer! The cottage also has a 42” Flat Screen TV with ROKU, DirectTV, and Blue Ray DVD player and high speed internet (DSL). There is no broadcast TV though you can watch Netflix and other internet-based streaming services. NOTE: You will probably NOT have cell phone coverage.
