Each of our three bedrooms are beautifully appointed with high end furnishings, bedding and en suite bathrooms. With 500-thread count sheets and fluffy Turkish towels, you’ll have all the amenities of a resort and the privacy of your own space. Both the King (Master) and Queen bedrooms feature high-end memory foam mattresses while the double bed features a fluffy pillow top mattress, all of this to give you the rest and relaxation you deserve. The gourmet kitchen features dark espresso cabinets, white quartz countertops and high end stainless steel appliances. Here you’ll find everything you need to create the perfect meal, cup of coffee or enjoy happy hour. The open floor plan of the main level allows for everyone in the kitchen and living room to spend time together. The chefs in your family can stay busy in the kitchen and still be a part of the group lounging on the couch. The main level includes a large sectional couch with enough seating for 7 and a dining room table that seats 6 along with a breakfast bar with seating. It also includes a built in media center with a 52” flat screen TV and DVD player for the nights you feel like relaxing and watching some TV. Spend time under the stars on the private back patio with cobblestone pavers and a firepit for those nights you want to cozy up to a fire. Our home also features: A high efficiency washer/dryer, WIFI, air conditioning, secured 2 car garage, alarm system with cameras and motion sensor detectors, blinds throughout for privacy, iron and ironing board, pack 'n play. This is the perfect location for groups of friends, couples or families visiting Denver. The City House can comfortably fit three couples or 6 people. We can accommodate 7 if the 7th person is a child and can share a bed or sleep in our pack 'n play. No more than 7 persons are allowed in this home. If you find that our property is missing something you require in order to make your stay more comfortable, just call us!! We are a local family and able to assist in whatever it is you might need! We are happy to recommend restaurants, shopping or things to do as we are Denver natives and know our city like that back of our hand. A great home very close to Broncos stadium, with private double car rear entry garage. Although we weren't there for a game (business for the week) we traveled with our business partners and each Person was happy with their space. 4 adults all on business...More

It is right off the SW corner of Jefferson Park which has three blocks of green open park space which includes a playground and basketball courts. It is a stone's throw from Mile High Stadium where the Broncos play. It is walking distance to the Pepsi Center, Convention Center, Coors Field, the Aquarium, the Children's Museum, REI, Riverfront, the Highland Bridge and so much more. There is a B-cycle station located at 23rd & Clay which allows you to lease a bike for a day and ride it around Denver.
