Mile High Stadium and the Pepsi Center are a 5-10 minute drive. Need groceries? Take a short walk to Sprouts or King Soopers. Need some exercise? Jog on over to 24 hour fitness for a quick workout, which is also within 3 blocks. The kitchen is brand new from the floor to the cabinets to the new granite countertops, ready for the chef to cook up a storm! Enjoy relaxing in the fenced backyard with patio table and chairs or walking to nearby Berkeley Park. This is also an excellent location to take I-70 up to the beautiful Rocky Mountains for a hike, skiing, boarding or just a scenic drive! Loveland ski are is about 45 minutes away or another 30 minutes and you can enjoy Breckenridge or Copper Mountain. We have a washer/dryer and we recently got WiFi setup! We love the diversity of the neighborhood, the abundant Victorian homes that can still be found throughout adjoining neighborhoods, the proximity to cultural events, sporting events, boutique shops, unique restaurants and being in a state where micro-brews can be sampled at many of the nearby bars! Did we mention that skiing is only an hour away! Denver RTD (public transportation) runs along 38th Avenue and the bus stop is just 2 blocks north and 2 block west of our place.More

I recently rented this unit so I could be close to my new grandson. I was very impressed with how clean and quiet this place is. The owner is very pleasant and immediately responded to my request for a hair dryer. It is updated with nice furnishings and a modern kitchen.with great dishes and cookimg utensils. Hopefully this unit will be available when I return to Denver. The location is convenient to a great grocery store and Sheridan Blvd.
