Located just off one of the main drags through town, Academy Boulevard, this condo unit is right next door to shopping, dining and drinking in a more suburban environment. There's a lot close by, and everything else that folks visit Colorado Springs for is seemingly just down the road. Target and Safeway (groceries) are across the street. So is Chuck-E-Cheese. There are a myriad of great restaurants all around, and an exceptional, award-winning coffee-chic café and wine bar (Peak Place) that's one of our personal favorites. There's a park just a block away, a library up the road, and Palmer Park, 1200 acres of open-space-in-the-city is just up the road too. The Broadmoor, Downtown, Garden of the Gods—all are about 15 mins from this location. When you look outside the box in Colorado Spring...
