This is a 900 sq. ft., 4th floor condominium at the Village at Breckenridge, a ski-in ski-out premier location which is 20 yards from the Quicksilver lift and the Ski & Ride ski school. It is steps from the Main Street restaurants and shops, the Performing Arts Center, ice rink, and 400 miles of local paved bike trails.
The unit sleeps 6 guests. It has a king bed, and a twin-daybed in the bedroom, queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a queen-size Murphy bed in the living room. There are flat screen TVs in both the living room, and the bedroom. The unit has a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy views of Maggie Pond and downtown Breckenridge from the unique 6'X6' picture window or wraparound deck.

Escape from the heat
We needed a reprieve from the heat and Breckenridge was perfect. The condo was centrally located with a beautiful view. It was well equipped and very comfortable. Thank you

Great location!
Had a wonderful time, steps to lift, ski rental, and main street! Can't beat the parking, we would love to stay again!

Perfect Stay in Breck
This is our third consecutive Spring Break trip to Breck, and this by far, was the best trip ever! Our 1-bedroom condo was perfect in every way and we will definitely be repeating our stay here.
Pros:
-Location! Location! Location! You couldn't stay any closer to the bottom of the Quicksilver Lift if you tried. We literally took about 15 steps from the building and we were on the snow. Wonderful!!
- Accommodations were fabulous!!! Nice clean condo, and though we thought a 1-bedroom would be tight for 3 adults, 2 teens, and 1 child, it was surprisingly not. The beds were so comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and we all couldn't stop complimenting our accommodations! Hope to return to this exact condo next year!!

- None at all!!!
We HIGHLY recommend this ski-In Ski -Out!!! The owner is fabulous to work with and answered all of our questions/concerns. A+++++

Getting around
A car is generally not needed as everything in town is walking distance from the condo. In addition, there are free shuttles to the neighboring towns and points of interest.
The condo is in a ski-in/out location so no transportation is needed to get to the ski slopes.
A car may be needed during the summer season if you are making plans to hike or bike on trails that are not accessible by public transport.
During the summer parking in the garage is free. A fee of $18 + tax is charged to use the garage during the ski season.

How to get there
Your FIRST STOP upon arrival in Breckenridge will be at Breck Services to pick up your keys/key cards and parking pass (if applicable). If arriving by shuttle, you need to instruct the driver to make a stop there before going to your final destination at the Village at Breckenridge.

Breck Services is a pick up concierge service. Your CHECK-IN materials will be available for pick- up at the drop box labeled "Breck Services" located in the entrance of the Gateway building at 3:45 PM MT on the day of your arrival. There will be an envelope with your LAST NAME on it.
Upon CHECK-OUT, please return your keys and parking pass (if applicable) to the same drop box. Otherwise, you may be subject to a replacement fee.
Directions to the Breck Services office from I-70 Exit 203 Frisco:
• Enter the roundabout, and take Highway 9 South, and proceed approximately 7.5 miles into Breckenridge. There are several stores (Whole Foods, Safeway, and Walmart) at the intersection of Highway 9 and I-70 where you can stock up on groceries and anything you may have forgotten to pack.
• At approximately 7.5 miles, turn right onto Coyne Valley Rd, then turn left onto Airport Rd.
• Drive for approximately 0.7 miles, to the Gateway building (1760 Airport Road) on the left.
• The office is in the Gateway building. During normal working hours someone will typically be available to answer questions.
• Guest CHECK-IN materials will be available for pick-up at the drop box labeled "Breck Services" located in the entrance of the Gateway building. The drop box is adjacent to the Breck Services office.
• After-hours pick-up and drop-off are also available. The Gateway office building is open 24/7/365. Guest CHECK-IN materials will be available for pick-up at the drop box labeled "Breck Services"
