If you have two or more different reservations numbers for the same stay, you will probably need to change rooms during your stay. We will do our best to keep you in the same room, however, there are occasions when a room change will be necessary. We appreciate your understanding. • The room number ultimately assigned to you will be determined at check-in and thus may vary from the number reported here. • Housekeeping is provided once during each 7-day stay. Supplemental cleaning is available for an additional fee. • Room assignments will be determined at the time of check-in. Views from the windows can not be guaranteed. House rules • The maximum room capacity may not be exceeded. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. • Please respect COVID-19 social distancing.
