At the front of Rancho Las Palmas Country Club, this cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium is just a 5 minute walk to the River. The comfortably furnished southwest hued living room offers ample seating, flat-screen cable TV and a great view of the patio, mountains and fairways. The western facing patio has a gas barbecue, dining table and cushy chaise lounge chairs to enjoy views of the fairway and palm trees. In the formal dining room a glass topped table seats six comfortably and is just a few steps from the well-stocked kitchen. Tile counter tops and cabinetry brighten the kitchen and a small café table provides space to enjoy a cup of coffee with the morning paper. The master bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed and en-suite with walk-in shower. Wireless connection is offered as well as free local and long distance U.S. and Canada calling. NOTE: Rancho Las Palmas has discontinue their use of transponders for gate access. They have been replaced with RFID Tags that are affixed to vehicle headlights. The RFID Tags allow entrance through both the front AND back gates of Rancho Las Palmas are only available to renters of 60 days or longer. RFID Tags will NOT be issued to short term renters of less than 60 days. All renters will be issued a GATE PASS upon initial entry into Rancho Las Palmas. The gate pass allows entry through the front gate off Bob Hope Drive only. For renters of 60 days or longer, Rancho Las Palmas Country Club gives our renters the option of purchasing a RFID Tag at the cost of $100 for the duration of their stay. An appointment is required along with a copy of the rental agreement that contains the renter’s name, property address, dates of arrival and departure and a check or money order for $100. This is completely optional and is a cost to the renter. Alternately, renters can use the GATE PASS issued to all renters and enter through the front, Bob Hope Drive gate. WE DO NOT RENT FOR THE COACHELLA AND STAGECOACH MUSIC FESTIVALS. Per City Ordinance, you must be at least 30 years old to rent this property. Guests are required to comply with the terms of the Vacation Rental Contract and provide a legible copy of a government issued photo ID. Guests are expected to comply with the City of Rancho Mirage Vacation Rental Ordinance. The City`s Good Neighbor Brochure is in the Guest Book. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
