Super comfortable beds with top quality linens. 3@ 55' Smart TV. Fully stocked kitchen for those who love to entertain. Southwest exposure for lots of sunshine. Open floor plan. Spectacular custom pool with waterfall and fire torches on both sides. Fire pit with seating for up to 10. Built in Stainless BBQ. Retractable sun awnings for those hot afternoon/evenings .New Brown Jordan patio furniture. Great mountain views. Lush tropical yard. Immaculate and perfect in every way! Next door to Sunnylands and just a few minutes to The River and El Paseo shopping. Super convenient location!

Beautiful Home - Great Stay
Everything about our stay here was perfect from beginning to end. Star was super responsive and even offered ideas to get the most of our stay with surrounding activities. I love the quiet gated community and it felt just like home taking our evening walks around the neighborhood. The house is meticulously clean and organized. Beds were super comfortable. The layout of the home was perfect for a cocktail party we hosted. Plenty of living space. But my favorite, the pool and hot tub with lighted waterfalls... so beautiful at night. Highly recommend!! Two thumbs up. We will be back next winter!

Amazing home with awesome pool/spa, casita...pure luxury in a gated community with lots of tennis courts. 2 bikes make it even more fun! Home is spotless!

Very clean, beautiful home in a wonderful location, with an incredible yard.
This property was everything we ever could have dreamed of! The owners have anticipated all of their guests needs. The house itself was squeaky clean, like new, and has great amenities! We appreciated how easy the kitchen was to work in and how lovely the master bedroom/bathroom space was. All of the furniture in the house was comfortable and everything seemed brand new. The beds, bedding, and pillows were all excellent quality (king beds in every room!). The subdivision is quiet and safe and we walked around it daily. Now to the very private yard with amazing salt water pool and spa, waterfall with built in torches, big fire pit, sunny southern exposure, beautiful landscaping and mountain views. The built in outdoor cooking area was great with the huge and hot BBQ grill which we used often. Add plenty of comfortable outdoor seating and this was a dream area to swim, relax and entertain. I wouldn’t change a thing about this house and hope to return soon. Thank you so much for the incredible stay!

Located just off Bob Hope and Gerald Ford across from the brand new Gelsons grocery store and blocks from world famous Sunnylands, you will find it to be a perfect location- close to places like 'The River' and 'El Paseo' with all of its great shops and restaurants.
Getting around
Just 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs and 5 minutes from Costco :). Also 13 minutes to 'El Paseo,' the Rodeo Drive of the desert, and 8 minutes to 'The River'. Sunnylands is less than a mile away and the nearest upscale grocery store (Gelsons) is under 1/2 mile away. Super convenient location off the I10 freeway and Bob Hope Drive-2 miles from Agua Caliente Casino.
