This large, spacious home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac nestled amongst the trees and other beautiful homes in the forested area of the Monterey Peninsula. Deer are often seen wandering about and occasionally you will hear a fog horn in the distance. The home is centrally located. It is easy to reach many great sights/places in the area as it is just a few miles from Monterey Bay Aquarium/Cannery row; Pebble Beach; and Carmel-by-the-Sea. No unauthorized guests or visitors who were not included in your original booking without prior approval. 5. No pets 6. No Smoking (inside or outside) 7. Fireplace: Do NOT move logs. Do NOT throw anything in the fireplace. There is a minimum $175 fee for violation of this rule because that is what it will cost to have the fireplace serviced. 8. Do not disturb the neighbors/the peaceful neighborhood. Please keep it Quiet outside and on the decks after 9 pm weekdays and after 10 pm on weekends. 9, There is a tv that is Chromecast-equipped for casting your personal streaming account (sling, netflix, google tv, etc). 10. If you want the single bed folded out and have indicated the correct number of people in your reservation, we will be happy to set it up for you. Please let us know in advance and do not set it up yourself. (Note: We had a guest who accidentally broke a bed frame by doing this.) 10. When you depart: i. Turn OFF HEAT ii.
