This is a shared condo at the beach, with great Pacific Ocean views and breezes! Venice Beach is an eclectic world-renowned artist colony known for unusual people, bike paths, walking path, canals, restaurants, and fun. This is an artist's home, warm, and full of interesting things reminiscent of a museum. The view is spectacular, literally at the beach, & it's always about location. I have beach towels, 2 bodyboards, and a single surfboard that you can borrow if you agree to be responsible for the items. The rental price from the beach shop for these items would cover your stay, so these are amenities that offset your cost of staying here. Add to those items, tea, coffee, and a greendrink, and it covers your initial payment. Add to those items, tea, coffee, and a greendrink, and it covers your initial payment. The room, and closet, are large and spacious, and can easily accommodate 1-3 people. There is lots of natural light, wood, concrete floors, and ocean breezes. Most everything in the home is handmade. It is like staying in a museum. I offer this shared space at an amazing price, so please do not ask for a discount, the price is half of all comparable; there's your discount, I keep my prices fair, but if you want a discount, please stay somewhere else! You have a private room and private bathroom (I have in the other bedroom and bathroom) ), with a mini fridge in the room, and it is handicap accessible, with Wifi. A green drink is for breakfast, and it will be left in your fridge for you. There is restructured alkaline water in the unit. Parking is street parking. We have a bike, boogie board, body board, surf board, and there are rentals shops steps away, and of course, there is plenty of sunbathing. There are surfing classes and tours to be able to take full advantage of Venice. There are free concerts during the summer on Thursday and Saturday evenings. And there are galleries on this block, and hundreds more all over Venice. I make breakfast; breakfast is a healthy green drink, and coffee or tea, which ever you like. Vegan meals are available for lunch and/or dinner, and you can schedule a cooking class, by request for an additional charge, but inexpensive. I can tell you what is worth seeing in Los Angeles if you want to visit more areas. Y yo hablo espanol tambien. Schedule a cooking, or sprouting, class with me. Pick an area in which you want to learn. Include green drinks, sprouting, raw food, raw bread, dressings, Longevity Cooking, or customize your class, or classes! Venice is a world-renowned art colony, and I can attest to why! I have lived all over the world, and this is where I choose to be! It is the happiest place on earth. All day I hear people laughing, playing, and having a good time. It is the most diverse place I have ever lived, and I love that! There are 2 major galleries across the street and smaller galleries to explore all over Venice. 18 North Venice Blvd. is at the beach, so getting here is simple. Take Venice Blvd. all the way West to the beach, and then you are here.More

Since we both are staying here, I am happy to help you with places to go, and things to do, and there is a book of things to do. Tell me what time you want coffee or tea, and I'll have the green drink ready.

About the neighborhood
Things to Do in Venice Beach, CA From its world famous boardwalk and beautiful beach to the shopper’s paradise of Abbot Kinney Blvd., Venice offers a unique and vibrant mix of activities and attractions. Originally called “Venice of America,” Venice was founded in 1905 by developer Abbot Kinney as a beachfront resort town. Kinney’s initial vision of creating a cultural mecca was set aside to accommodate the public, and Venice became the “Coney Island of the Pacific,” complete with an amusement pier and a miniature steam railroad. Kinney also created a system of canals and imported gondolas and gondoliers from Venice, Italy. Today, Venice is one of the most popular destinations in Los Angeles for visitors and locals alike. From its days as home to Beat Generation poets and artists, Ven...
How to get there
We are only 10-minutes away from LAX, there is a bus terminal 3-blocks away, the bike path is steps away as well as the Venice Boardwalk for long walks. We have a bike for guests, a body board, boogie board, and surf board. Using these amenities, not having to rent them, could save you $100 a day.
