We want your stay to be as pleasurable and relaxing as possible so you can enjoy the best of both worlds - yours and ours! -15 min to Downtown, Hollywood, Sunset -4 min drive to UCLA, Century City, -5 Min. drive to West Hollywood, Rodeo Drove / Beverly Hills, and sandy Santa Monica Beaches, - 15 Min. drive from LAX, Burbank (BUR) airport Basic essentials (shampoo, paper towels, toilet papers, etc.) are supplied for the first week of your stay. You must replenish them if you are staying for a longer time period. Towels and sheets are provided, however, you would have to wash them yourself, for a longer stay, using the washer dryer at the sub level parking structure. We can provide a total cleaning of your unit, including new sheets, towels, and the essentials, for a fee equal to the original cleaning fee. We can do this weekly, biweekly or anytime you wish. You must request this service in writing and pay the fee before it is done. If dates are not available for this apartment please contact us about our other apartments availability.
