The house is located in the medieval village of Aroniadika in the center of the island. Aroniadika is a traditional village located on one of the island's most important crossroads. It is in the traditional colour of the island and its architecture is reminiscent of the houses founded in Mani, an area in the southern Peloponnese.
It consists of two separated complexes sharing a common patio covering a total area of 136m2. The first building features a large living room area, dining table, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The second building features two independent guestrooms with respective bathrooms. In the courtyard, there is a dining area and a barbecue area.

The house is fully equipped featuring a TV, a DVD player, free wi-fi internet, an i-pod dock station while there is the option of providing house service upon request. The house can be rented as a whole throughout the year for a minimum of a week and can accommodate up to 6 people. The house is an ideal place for a family vacation or a romantic escape. It is a 20mins drive from the port of Kythira, 'Diakofti' and a 10mins drive from the airport. Most of the beaches are 15mins drive away from the village.

la villa è nuova. tenuta molto bene e curata nei piccoli particolari. bellissimo il patio esterno per colazioni e cene di vero effetto. casa molto illuminata anche la sera che dimostra un fascino davvero particolare.
belle le 3 camere, arredate con gusto e tradizione.
ogni camera possiede il proprio bagno.
la proprietà mette anche a disposizione i detersivi (mai visto.... complimenti!), oltre a bagno schiuma, shampoo e balsamo della Kores (formato grande da 250 ml) in ogni bagno. ci sono anche ferro da stiro, lavatrice e lavastoviglie ed una ampio spazio sul retro nel quale stendere bucato ed asciugamani. in ogni camera ci sono anche i teli da mare a disposizione. vengono anche fornite le capsule del caffè Nespresso. c'è anche la macchina Nepsresso per il cappuccino.
julietta, la persona che viene a pulire la casa è molto brava e disponibile, la si può avere anche tutti i giorni (2 ore al giorno sono più che sufficienti) con una spesa minima che vale davvero la pena affrontare. joanna ed alexandra sono le manager che curano ogni esigenza e disponibili vi mail o telefonicamente. unico neo: poche le stoviglie in cucina e per noi italiani che adoriamo le cene in casa con tanti amici........ rappresenta un punto a sfavore. (hanno detto che provvederanno in tal senso....)

esiste wifi in tutta la casa ed il condizionatore in ogni stanza.
ottima la posizione perch è ad Aroniadika, nel centro dell'isola
da considerare e consigliare assolutamente

Kythira is the place to relax, enjoy the peace, sun and nature - a true hidden treasure in the Mediterranean. Kythira is frequented mostly by Greeks and few foreigners, although English is understood and spoken everywhere. The island offers deserted beaches (sand or rocks) to swim and tan, a lush Western coast with rainforest-like vegetation, waterfalls and small ponds, trails for hiking and mountainbiking, and wonderful views.
You can visit the Chora, Agia Pelagia, Diakofti, Karavas, Kapsali, Potamos, Livadi, Mylopotamos and swim in the turquoise beaches Avlemona, Platia Ammos, Fournoi, Halkos and other beautiful beaches .

How to get there
There are a lot of ways to come to Kithira. By plane from the international Airport of Athens or the airport of Crete, Zakynthos, Kefalonia, Leukada, Corfu or by boat from Piraeus. Also roadly up to Gythion and Neapoli Lakonia and from there again by boat. If you come from Crete you will find the boat in Kasteli of Kissamos (district of Chania).
