The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and cooking essentials with a spacious island perfect for gatherings. Two guest bedrooms include queen size beds that share a full bathroom. The master bedroom suite is accessible through a separate entry and includes a kitchenette, dining area and an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom includes a king size bed and a Murphy bed with a full size mattress. A queen size air mattress is available for additional sleeping arrangements. The expansive backyard is the perfect outdoor entertainment space to enjoy during your stay. Choose from one of the multiple dining and lounge seating areas, relax around the fire pit or cook up a meal on the outdoor kitchen! A large grass area is perfect for games and activities for your group to enjoy. The garage will not be available for guests use but parking will be available in home's driveway (up to two vehicles). A laundry room includes a washer and dryer. The home is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay including household supplies, linens and towels. The property is within close distance to the Del Mar village, beaches, and Torrey Pines Golf Course. It is also in close proximity to dining and shopping. From the neighborhood it is a quick drive to San Diego favorites such as La Jolla Shores, historic Old Towne San Diego, the San Diego Zoo, Petco Park and the Downtown Gaslamp District. Commuting is easily accessible with nearby Interstate 5 and 805, Coast Highway 101 and Highway 56. PLEASE NOTE: 1. All reservations will be required to sign a Rental or Lease Agreement to formally complete and finalize their stay at this property. Guests who do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Residential Lease Agreement will be asked to cancel their reservation. All adults staying at the property will also be required to submit proof of ID. 2. Lengthy stays in the property may require an increase in the security deposit quoted.
