The swimming pool is perfectly located close to the seashore. There you can experience relaxing moments on the sun beds and under the sun umbrellas found around the pool, and enjoy the pure peace and tranquility that surround us.For more active guests, our own tennis court is available and you are more than welcomed to enjoy a game of tennis.We also operate a bar / restaurant, where you can enjoy your breakfast, cool drinks, coffees and taste delicious dishes from the local Greek cuisine, salads and homemade sweets, while relaxing and enjoying a magnificent sea view. Free Wi-fi internet access is provided within the Diplomats' Holidays complex.
Each of our apartments and studios, with regard to the arrangement and the decoration, is unique and has its' own authentic character. They all have their own private balcony or terrace with wonderful sea
Our apartments offer two separate, fully furnished, air-conditioned rooms. They consist of a large bedroom, a large living room with two extra sofa beds and are capable of accommodating 2 – 4 people. The apartments also provide a well-equipped kitchenette with a cooker / oven and a fridge, a table with chairs, direct dial telephone connection, TV, shower and WC.
From the moment we arrived to the day we left we had a brilliant time. After a four and a half hours drive from Pireas we arrived hot and sticky and looking forward to a cool drink. The bar/restaurant looks over the gulf and we quaffed 2 Mythos beers in the glow of the evening sun. The room was spacious and comfortable with efficient air conditioning and an excellent fridge with a view to die for. The kitchen was basic (2 electric rings) but sufficient for our needs.
The local shops stock everything you need including Fisherman's Friends from my own home town of Fleetwood in the UK!
Be aware though that the entire economy is cash based. In the time we stayed there the only place that took a credit card was Lidl near Volos.
You also do need a car to get around and explore. I recommend Platania port which is a 30 min drive but doesn't involve a steep slope which most everywhere else does. Also take a ride on the Little Train of Pelion (Google it) it's fantastic fun and drops you a 20 min (Steep) walk from the town of Milles wher you can get a great lunch. [€18 each for the return train fare].
And finally the people. Absolutely everyone we met was helpful and so friendly. Yassas is now my favourite phrase, second that is to Huppa!

Chorto is located just 46 km from the city of Volos. Upon leaving the city of Volos, you will follow the main coastal road southwards.You will pass through villages such as Malaki, Kala Nera, Afissos and Argalasti. Chorto is the first village you will reach when you pass through the large village of Argalasti, and it is situated just 3km before the coastal resort of Milina.
