Granary is a self catering apartment in a converted stable, accessed by external stairs & features exposed beams in the lounge. Granary apartment has a Kitchen lounge, bathroom with bath tub & shower, 1 double & 1 twin bedroom, extra beds available for children. Oil central heating through out, Wi-Fi & TV. provided free. We now have an outside shared utility with sink, washing machine & drier. also storage & drying for outside clothing. There is a large shared patio & garden with swings & slide. Private parking, The farm lane is approx. 1km long & although not Tarmacked is has a stone base, then finished with 20mm aggregate to give a smooth finish Situated near the village of Rimington in the Forest of Bowland AONB, on a working farm, with sheep & beef suckler cows. Very friendly and welcoming hosts, really comfortable well-equipped apartment. Stunning views right across towards the three peaks. Beautifully quiet location, surrounded by amazing scenery - and lots of sheep!

Lovely upstairs apartment, well kitted out. Stunning views across the valley, quiet and relaxing. Footpaths across the farm, just remember it is a working farm. Lovely weekend, the weather was glorious.

About the neighborhood
20kms from Malham cove & Skipton gateway to the Yorkshire dales. In the Forest of Bowland, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which includes Pendle Hill & the witch country Within easy reach of the old mill towns of Colne, Nelson, Burnley & on to Blackburn, with there weaving heritage sites. Also shopping complexes e.g. Boundary Mill at Colne. 1 hours drive to the Lake district or the coast resorts of Blackpool, Morecambe & Southport.
How to get there
From the A59 at Gisburn take the A682 towards Nelson. After 1.7 miles turn right into Howgill lane (this is 0.3miles beyond the entrance to TODBER CARAVAN PARK, which is on your left) * as you travel along Howgill lane, it will then change to Long Lover lane. At the Chapel you take the left turn into Martin Top lane. At the next junction turn left onto Whytha lane. After 200 metres take a right turn onto the farm road to Higher Gills, which is 2/3 of a mile to the farm. From the M65 leave at Junction 13. Take the A682 (sign posted Kendal) through Barrowford for Gisburn. After 6.2 miles turn left into Howgill lane towards Rimington. Note (this turn is 0.3 miles before Todber Caravan Park).
