This was the second time we've stayed here. Karen and Paul are very friendly, nothing was too much trouble, and they made us and our dog very welcome. The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean. There is some lovely pubs and restaurants in the village and within a few minutes' walk you can be on the downs with numerous traffic-free walks in any direction. Close by is plenty of beaches, several of which are dog-friendly plus other attractions like Arundel Castle, Amberley museum and Borde Hill Gardens. We'll definitely return, hopefully next year.

Clip Clops is a large ground floor apartment with its own private garden, fully fenced in and was ideal for us with our dogs. We were greeted by Karen & Paul and shown around the lovely spacious accommodating, the garden room looks out over the garden and you can see their lovely horses at the bottom. Everything was lovely and clean and welcoming. Their was milk in the fridge and a delicious cherry cake. Clip Clops is the ideal location when visiting the area and there are a number of eateries just a short walk away in the village. We were sorry to leave such a beautiful place with such friendly hosts,

This is a real gem in the beautiful village of Findon, W Sussex. Enjoyed stunning views from the very comfortable sunroom and watching the birds. This is a walkers and dog lovers paradise. Best nights sleep, beds so comfortable we’re going to order them for ourselves! With grateful thanks to Karen and Paul who we’re able to accommodate us over Easter as builders in our own home. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Clip Clops for 3 nights prior to moving house which was a wonderful bolt hole! Quiet, spacious and very peaceful with wonderful views from the Conservatory. We can thorough recommend this lovely accommodation.

We enjoyed our return visit to Clip Clops, a true home from home for us and Pip our little dog. Fabulous hosts in Karen and Paul. Already looking forward to our next visit. A big thankyou.

We spent a very relaxing few days at Clip Clops in beautiful surroundings. The property is very comfortable and well equipped and Karen and Paul are excellent hosts - on hand if needed, but not obtrusive. The surrounding area is wonderful for walking (being high on the South Downs) and the pretty village of Findon is one of the friendliest places we have ever visited! As well as all the other advantages, Clip Clops is dog-friendly which is what attracted us in the first place. Added to that Karen and Paul have horses which we were delighted to hear came from the New Forest where we live. We will certainly return - this has been a lucky discovery for us!

10 minutes drive to Worthing, easy access to the South Downs and other local attractions. Was made to feel very welcome and so was the puppy. You do need a car, but there is parking and easy access to main routes. Will definitely stay again. I felt very safe as a solo traveller.

What a fabulous place tucked away but with glorious views in Findon village. We were delayed by 6 hours due to a car breakdown however Karen was there at 8.30pm with a smile and a lot of sympathy. She had also provided us with some milk and a loaf and a gorgeous chocolate cake. They have stables at the bottom of the garden with some delightful horses. We were made to feel very welcome. We can only say fantastic accommodation in a beautiful location. We will be back for our next visit south.

Clip Clips was the perfect getaway for us. An enclosed dog friendly garden. Plenty of walks nearby. Also near the beach. Karen and Paul welcomed us on arrival and showed us around their very clean, well equipped Annexe. We loved to hear the 'clip clopping' of ponies being walked up to their field. Lovely week, we will be back soon.
