This lovely converted Majorcan finca has a great deal of character and charm and enjoys a wonderful location in the peaceful and sought after area of Son March valley outside Pollensa village. Tastefully furnished throughout, the villa has a fusion of modern and rustic features and décor, providing a lovely setting for a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor we find a spacious lounge dining area with comfortable leather sofa seating, TV with satellite channels, DVD and dining facilities. Patio doors lead out onto a furnished covered terrace overlooking the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped and very practical. There is also a small laundry room and a full bathroom on this floor. All rooms have air-condition on a timer (from 8pm to 6am), according to the local energy restriction recommendations. The outdoor areas are indeed fantastic and invite us to enjoy the beautiful views over the open fields and mountains in the background. The covered terrace is ideal for relaxing hours during the hottest sun hours and the sun deck next to the large swimming-pool is the perfect spot for enjoying sun baths with incredible views. There is an open air shower by the pool and a built-in barbecue to the side of the house with table and benches where you can enjoy long summer meals al fresco. The lawned area is perfect for children's games. The garden is very well kept and the mature trees and shrubs give the property a spacious feel. The villa is ideal for those who look for a quiet, relaxed holiday in a privileged setting, near excellent beaches and the town of Pollensa. Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: VT/1809
