Villa Roser Vell is located in the tranquil are and close to the old town of Pollensa. This 2 bedroom villa can be accessed via its own little private lane just behind the old church of Roser Vell where the villa takes its name. This centrally located villa has the added benefit of free WiFi and air conditioned/heated lounge and kitchen.
Entrance to the property is on the left, just beside the parking area. This will lead directly into the kitchen that also comes with a dining table. From here there is an archway that is straight ahead which leads into a small hallway where there is a bathroom directly in front of you. Rosser Vell villa Pollensa
Wouldn’t recommend this villa. Needs a total refurb .
Although the garden and pool area was nice . Cleaning not up to standard . Cob webs, dust, millions of ants . I expect to see insects but they do need controlling. The beds were basic and extremely uncomfortable. The second bedroom is not suitable for another two adults only children .
The villa is in walking distance to the town .
We felt the price we paid for the villa for 1 week could not be justified . We have stayed in a few villas along this road and they are really nice .

Thanks for your review, I think the villa is as described and showed on pictures, sure the problems with ants was caused for the hard rains we had in September, other people reported the same problem in other villas in Pollensa area, we are sorry If the cleaning nor up to standard, be sure we will report and check with the company cleaning.

In Laufweite zur Stadt mit schönem Garten und Pool
Das Haus liegt am Stadtrand und man kann in rund 10 Minuten zum Bäcker, zum Supermarkt und auf den Markt laufen. Die Straße ist zwar im Garten und am Pool in Hörweite, im Haus ist es jedoch ruhig und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen (sehr ordentliche Matratzen).
Der Pool ist klein und nicht tief (1,40) aber sauber und schön um sich zu erfrischen. Highlight ist der weitläufige Garten mit duftenden Zitronen und Orangenbäumen (lecker), der komplett eingezäunt und nahezu uneinsehbar ist.
Die Wohnung ist etwas kleiner als sie auf den Bildern wirkt (Weitwinkelobjektiv?). Innenaussattung ist zweckmäßig, der Fernseher hatte aber nur spanische Programme, das Internet war aber ausreichend schnell für Streaming. In der Kücke wären ein paar Lebensmittel wie Salz, Öl oder Gewürze schön gewesen, ebenso ein Spülschwamm oder wenigstens Mülltüten - das muss man alles kaufen.

Perfect Little Villa - Great Location +++++
It took ages to find a villa that met our desires - so we were absolutely delighted to find Rosa Vel to be all it was advertised to be and more.
Perfectly located on the west side of Pollenca, a beautiful town on the East side of the island. 10 minute stroll into the old town and Placa Major where the hustle and bustle of Majorcan life can be found. Lovely shops, an array of restaurants and a plentiful market on a Sunday - Definitely worth a visit. The shopping trolley provided in the villa was soooo useful and perfect for outings!!
The villa has two bedrooms, double and twin, fine size, wardrobes, fresh linen and towels and safes in both rooms. plenty of storage. Bathroom small but more than adequate and a very powerful shower!!
Kitchen is good size with everything you need, bonus is a drinking water tap so easy to refill and chill ready for outings. Decent freezer too.
Washing machine, drying facilities and ironing if wanted, so really a home from home.
The outside space is a winner - lovely well maintained garden, two outdoor seating areas, one under cover, perfect for the evenings or storm watching!!! The pool is an ideal size for adults and children alike, very clean and well maintained. We used it everyday.
The area of garden next to the grassy bit is a little hidden but once found has lots of fig trees, fresh for breakfast everyday - perfect!! Almond trees too and lots of limes!!
Very secure property. Great views, quiet location and easy reach to town and bus stops. Parking and lockable gates if you have hired a car. We didn't, didn't need to. buses are great, once you have worked out the timetables!! 10 minutes to Puerto Pollenca with it's beach, sea front restaurants, water sports, boat hire etc lovely and only a 10 euro taxi fare back if you want to stay out later!
I would highly recommend this villa and the company. Josep was super helpful and easy to contact, nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay here and would return, outside of mosquito season!! They are very hungry in September but the pharmacists are used to seeing spotty brits coming in for help!

Good location
This villa is perfectly located for close proximity to the town - within 5 minutes walk you are in the main square full of restaurants and the Calvari steps etc. The main road to Alcudia, Palma etc is just around the corner so ideal for sight seeing.
I do believe that the photos make the villa appear bigger than it actually is. We went as a couple, which is fine - as it would be for a couple with small children, but It would be on the small side for 2 couples. In my opinion the villa is slightly dated and I was disappointed that there were no 'essentials' such as washing up liquid, bin bags, t-bags etc.
The road running alongside it is fairly busy - but then it is located close to the town, so you should expect that. The pool was nice with a fair degree of privacy.

‘Lovely Villa, with a few surprises’
Perfectly located, with private parking, and all the essential facilities for an enjoyable break. My only gripe would be that the Water has an over powering odour of rotten eggs, that you aren’t advised off until after you arrive. Not sure if this is normal, but makes you think twice before taking a shower or simply running a tap. That said, the Location is perfect for everything you need.

Great location
Simple, homely villa in a fantastic location with everything you need. Really nice to be able to walk into Pollenca. Right on the edge of town so the views from garden are lovely and it feels like you're right out in the countryside. Pool great - our kids loved it. Welcome pack was a nice touch.

Small but perfect
This is a lovely villa just on the outskirts of Pollença. The walk into the old town takes 5 minutes. Once inside the villa you look out onto a garden full of fruit trees and the hills beyond. It is the perfect combination of town and country and if you didn't want to hire a car it is well placed for the local transport system.
