Situated in a 1,000 year-old olive grove, way up in the Pollença hills, this rustic farmhouse commands glorious views towards Cala Sant Viçenç, Puig Maria, Pollença and the bay of Alcudia as well as of the surrounding mountains, all embraced by the quiet Majorcan countryside. Once you approach the house, following the winding single track lane, an arched covered terrace with a characteristic polished stone dining table invites you to have a sit, overlooking the kidney-shaped swimming pool with furnished sun terraces. The brick built BBQ is next to the original bread oven adjacent to the covered terrace.

The doorway opens directly out onto the poolside terraces, ideal for those ice-chilled drinks. From the living room a second inner archway leads into one double bedroom with an adjacent bath/shower room. Stairs lead up to the first floor and the rest of the sleeping accommodation which comprises of two double bedrooms and two pretty twin bedrooms which share a shower room. There is also a terrace -which boasts spectacular views - an ideal place for relaxing, reading hours! This house is comfortably furnished throughout in Majorcan rustic style and has all the comfort you could possibly need.
The kidney shaped (gated) swimming pool area can easily be closed off for children. Relax on the comfortably furnished sun terraces and enjoy the wonderful views. Outside, a little casita houses the washing machine. Enjoy nice lunches and candlelit dinners on the poolside BBQ covered dining terrace with its impressive stone table.

Arrived and villa was not ready,bins not emptied and beds not changed. Kitchen was full of Ants and had to buy ant killer. No information regarding when villa going to be cleaned and she turned up and due to people still asleep did not even complete cleaning downstairs. Was not told where bins were kept or disposed of. Would of been helpful is there was a welcome pack with all info needed. Had to search through e-mails for number to call maintenance out twice, once for no electric in the middle of cooking in the evening leaving us in the dark with no candles and once as the water stopped working. Maintenance man was very promt on both occasions and resolved these matters. Had to phone regarding wifi not working which was resolved but would of been nice for this info to have been left. We received a lot of cuts to feet and knees due to chipped tiles in pool. Apart from that Beautiful area but been put off of returning using this company again!!

We are so sorry to hear about your arrival. We were there earlier and left your our complete welcome set, which except for a bottle of wine, water and snacks, includes information leaflets about the area, useful telephone numbers and practical information about the use of the house. The cleaners had not arrived yet, so we left the welcome pack on the low table next to the dining area. We were very upset to hear about the things missing on your arrival and have asked the cleaning company for explanations. It's an ant year, I'm afraid, due to the draught, so ants have been a nuisance all over the countryside on the island. We're sorry about the inconvenience this may have caused you and believe me, we will take a serious talk with the cleaners.
