These rooms have French doors that open out to the terrace, pool and garden. A utility room with a toilet and an attractive twin bedroom with a full bathroom adjacent to it complete this level. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where there are 2 further bedrooms (1 double/1 twin) and second full bathroom. The bedrooms are all light and bright with fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning and free standing fans. The house is approached along a colourful oleander-lined drive to private parking and a mature garden with fig, olive trees and lawn. There are spacious furnished terraces that surround the private pool which has Roman steps and a covered stone-built barbecue area, perfect for lazy days and relaxed evenings dining alfresco. Villa Marcela provides a peaceful retreat for relaxing holidays with family/friends and is ideal for those who enjoy outdoor living in the countryside whilst also having easy access to amenities, restaurants, sandy beaches and attractions! This convenient location gives you quick and easy access to the three resorts (10 minutes by car), a beautiful coastline, great beaches and a diversity of culture, shops and restaurants. Pollenca is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes plus several historical places of interest. Port de Pollenca was once a simple fishing port, now it remains very attractive and one of the most popular resorts on the island. The picturesque town is full of Mallorcan charm and is home to long stretches of golden sand, a delightful promenade lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and a chic marina. Cala San Vicente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches with crystal clear waters. Pollenca - Places of interest include the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Maria – a small mountain topped by a monastery. Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor. Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing. Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast. Included in the rates: Bed linen (change 1 x weekly for 14 night stays). Towels (change 1 x mid-week). Pool towels. Disinfection, final cleaning. Internet Wi-Fi 1 x Cot/Crib and Highchair on request. Air conditioning (on a timer) In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 6:00 pm to 8:00 am. These times cannot be extended and/or changed.
