Las Encinas is a recently renovated 4-bedroom stone villa for 8 people just a few minutes’ drive from the towns of Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicent. The 299m2 villa is set in a 3,960m2 plot in a beautiful oak forest (hence the name). Various fabulous atmospheres have been created in the exterior to enable you to enjoy the day as well as the night including chillout areas, dining areas, ping pong, BBQ area and covered bar area with table football. From the parking area stone stairs lead us to the terrace where the main house entrance is located. Here we access the living room, equipped with 3 comfy sofas where you can enjoy a movie on the impressive 65-inch screen. The smart TV is prepared with a wireless internet connection giving customers access to Amazon, Netflix and other platforms by logging into their own accounts. From the living room an arch leads us to a hallway that communicates with the kitchen from where you can also access the covered terrace directly. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary electrical appliances and you also have a circular table with 8 chairs for the days that invite you to eat indoors. From the hallway you can access the other rooms of the house. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a complete bathroom en suite, and another which has twin beds. A second renovated bathroom completes this level of the house. The further two bedrooms are found on the upper floor: one double with a bathroom and shower en- suite, and another twin bedroom. The double room offers beautiful views of the Puig de Maria and Puig Tomir mountains. The villa offers wifi and all bedrooms have air conditioning. The whole exterior has been used to its full advantage with numerous furnished ambientes. The main covered terrace is equipped with an outdoor table for 8 people and is most practical since it has easy access to the kitchen and barbecue, ideal for those who wish to grill. Next to the table two armchairs and also on this terrace is a chic small table and lounge chairs. Passing through the double arched stone wall you enter the vast chillout area, with a multitude of seating areas, a ping pong table and comforting shade during the day. Those who prefer a more peaceful atmosphere can come here to relax after dinner. The second covered terrace is adjacent to here and has a small bar and table football. The rectangular pool of more than 50 m2 has roman steps for easy access. On the paved area around the pool there are ample chic wicker sun loungers, an area equipped with the Balinese day bed and a small table with chairs. Finally, leading down from the pool area and sitting under the shade of the oaks a small area has been set up with a table and 4 chairs for those who prefer to sit in the peaceful shade. Beside the house with direct outdoor access there is a renovated toilet with shower and the laundry. Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: ETV/0161
