With its elevated position on the side of the Puig Maria mountain, Ca Na Copea affords stunning views over the local Mallorcan countryside and the charming Old Town of Pollensa, which twinkles at night creating a wonderful backdrop for relaxed evenings on the terrace. The Old Town of Pollensa is within walking distance of the villa for those who wish to dine out or simply wander the charming cobbled streets, however, due to the location of the villa we do not recommend this walk for those with limited mobility.

Avoid this terrible villa
I was most dissatisfied with this property. We paid a lot of money for two weeks in Summer of 2022. This review was delayed while I went through a lengthy arbitration process which resulted in compensation awarded to me.
First the positives. The location is good, close to Pollensa, easy walking to bars and restaurants. Also, it’s elevated position provided impressive views, particularly at night.
Now the negatives….
The villa was in a very bad state. On arrival it hadn’t even been cleaned since the last people vacated. Outside, the furniture was old, broken and dirty. There was debris left around the pool (cigarette butts, used sticking plasters). There was rotting fruit littering the pool and the terrace area. There was little shade, just two rickety parasols for a four bedroom villa. The gardens were in a terrible state (particularly compared to neighbouring properties), plants were dead, and the lawn was brown because the sprinklers were not in use. There was a broken electrical installation in the garden with exposed wires. Outside lights were not working. Inside the property was in poor conditions with ill-fitting doors and old furniture. There were many other issues. Ultimately, we chose to move to a hotel for a few days to get away from it all.
Overall, the property had been neglected and was very badly maintained. It appears that the owner is interested only in squeezing as much money out the villa without making any investment in its upkeep. I spent much of my time gathering photographic evidence for the unbelieving rental agency based in the UK. I note that even now the same inaccurate and dishonest photographs and descriptions are being used to advertise this property.
This was by far the worst villa I have stayed in but also one of the most expensive. Please avoid, there are so many other better options out there.
