Best spot on Bavaro Beach, but condo needs a refresh
Excellent location on Bavaro Beach with a perfect view of the sea. You can sit on the patio and watch the sunset or rise perfectly. There is onsite staff at Stanza Mare Condo's to assist with any excursions you might like to book at competitive prices. They were all very friendly and helpful, and even offered to drive our family to the store a couple of times for a small fee.
The condo however was a bit disappointing. Not as nice as the pictures. It could use a refresh, focusing on more comfortable beds, updating the bathrooms and patio furniture and fixing the doors. Also, the kitchen supplies were dismal (no dish soap, dish cloth or towels and no garbage can) and also not enough toilet paper for the week and no paper towels. However, the beach towels were great and the bath towels were fine, but no wash cloths.
As another guest mentioned the front door sticks, but we figured out how to wiggle it just right to get in/out each time. Also the patio door was very difficult to open/close and we got locked out a couple times, but were able to get in/out threw the bedroom patio.
Overall we felt the place was rather over priced for the value and if not for the amazing view/location we would have been quite disappointed.

Stayed here for 2 weeks Amazing view and beach The place was very good a few minor things We fixed a toilet and front door difficult to close Great location Stores and restaurants within 2 blocks Would def recommend and stay here again Maria (I think that was her name ) greeted us on arrival and checked with us regularly !

Complejo punta cana
Excelente ubicación!!! El complejo es muy bueno, tranquilo, las instalaciones muy buenas, todo funcionaba correcto, wifi, agua caliente, AA, cocina, etc etc. Detalles: el 4to baño estaba inhabilitado, consultar si esta disponible por si lo necesitan, la parrilla eléctrica tampoco estaba disponible, pero tampoco la necesitábamos...el resto de requerimientos Mariela la encargada nos proporcionó todo!!! Muy atenta y muy amable!!! Altamente recomendable, sobre todo dentro del complejo este edificio nos parece el que mejor ubicación tiene!!
