The apartment is located in a country villa dating back to XVII century by Lake Garda, in the picturesque village of Polpenazze, halfway between Salò and Desenzano. The Gardagolf Country Club is in the vicinity.

Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet jeglichen Komfort! Der Vermieter ist aufgeschlossen, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir bekamen Wein und einen gut gefüllten Kühlschrank sowie Obst bei der Übergabe! Es steht draussen ein großes Schwimmbecken zur Nutzung bereit und eine Tiefgarage wird für das Fahrzeug auch gestellt. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sauber! Als Fazit: Eine wunderschöne Wohnung samt traumhafter Anlage und man merkt die gastfreundliche Atmosphäre....wir kommen wieder, das steht fest.

Great Marina!
It's always exciting to hear that our guest, many are actually friends now, are satisfied of their holiday with us and will go back home with a good memory of their stay in Palazzo Scolari.

Una settimana indimenticabile
Appartamento nuovissimo posizionato in un edificio storico , dotato di tutti i conforta, a cinque minuti sia dal lago che ai centri commerciali.E' compreso l'uso della piscina condominiale che sembra riservata solamente a noi. Il proprietario gentilissimo è stato a nostra completa disposizione. I nostri due ragazzi sono stati benissimo.

The property is set in a large garden planted with olive trees and native species in an island of peace in the center of the country.
Available to guests a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi, sun beds and garage exclusive, steps are: baker, butcher, greengrocer, hairdresser, ice cream, post office, bar, pizzeria, church, library, and playground.
