Built in 2008 and fully renovated in 2013, Villa Surabaya is conveniently located on the hills of Sosua in Panorama Village, a very exclusive gated community. You can enjoy our spacious sun-bathed living-room or one of the 5 double bedrooms. Just dive in our swimming pool (60m2/550sqft) and relax in one of 3 hydro massaging showers. Rattan/banana leaf furniture gives a modern tropical feeling at the place. It will feel just like home with all the modern appliances including flat screen TV and dishwasher. We strive on being as 'green' as possible. The Villa is equipped with many energy saving devices such as Solar powered pump/filter for the pool, 14 Solar photovoltaic panels, Solar Hybrid AC's, solar generated hot water, low energy light bulbs. Very Nice Villa
The Villa was really big and well kept. Hot water and they had Netflix on the TV in the living room which was awesome. It is about 3 miles from Sosua beach. Very secluded and secure also. The landscape is amazing. My only recommendation personally would be that I wished every room had televisions and that every room had full bathroom. That was not a show stopper.

Great Villa
We spend a week there and from the first day when we got the keys to the house every was great. Big yard and pool. Internet and cable with good amount of channel. Location was a little far from but very nice and secure development.

Great home, all the things we needed!
My extended family a total of 8 rented this property and it was all that we needed. The large rooms accommodated everyone and we were able to have movie nights in the evenings as well as karaoke nights! The location was high up in the hills of Sosua, a lot of fun to drive with beautiful views. The private pool and patio was just perfect and we had wonderful days by the pool. We never felt scared or uncomfortable as the gated community and security was very impressive. When the microwave broke they immediately replaced it with another one so that was great and responsive. The only issue we had was with the cleaners on our last day they started before our scheduled check out and took all the toilet tissue we purchased. While we were waiting for the property manager we had to ask them for the tissue back to use the bathroom. That was very annoying.
