-If you invite guests back to the condo, make sure you sign them in with the security guard. You must escort them off the property.
-Make sure you put all valuables in the safe.
-Lost keys & you'll lose 50% of deposit

Long time traveler to Sosúa & have stayed at Garden Condos too many times to remember in different units. I must say that Joe’s unit #8 is the most modern unit that I have stayed in & he’s an owner who cares not only about his property but his clients as well. He checked with me frequently to see if I had any problems which is a big plus in my estimation. I definitely recommend Garden Condos#8 if you want to experience peace, quiet, & tranquility in a secure environment without having to deal with the hustle & bustle of Sosúa. Garden Condos is walking distancing to the restaurants & night life & you won’t be disappointed staying there

Nice and cozy
My week's stay here was fantastic ,rooms were spacious very clean, very cool air ,exceptional staff , it made me feel at home every thing was within walking distance stores restaurants and beach and you get top security I will definitely stay here again

I have been staying @ Garden Condos #8 for many years & it gets better with time. #8 is probably 1 of the most updated modern units @ Garden Condos which is a plus. In addition the staff is very accommodating & cordial & with that being said definitely gives you that welcoming down home feeling. It’s nothing like being on vacation & being able to enjoy it because of the comfort ability & safety feeling you receive

What an amazing vacation spot.
Had a wonderful time in Sosua....loved Garden Condo..especially the condo that we stayed in this year. It is very spacious and beautifully decorated. Features two bedrooms with very comfortable beds a large living room and kitchen which is fully stocked from a toaster to a George Foreman grill. There is always a variety of spices on hand to liven up your meals. Also features a brand t.v. and new air conditioning system for cool fresh air. Great place to stay, Thankyou Joseph for making our time in the D. R. such an amazing experiece.

Great Vacation Rental
Rented this unit for 7 days with another couple. The unite is great! The kitchen was great and having AC available in every room and really nice. Personally I’m not into tropical vacations but this was better than what I expected and I was very impressed! The unit had internet and a smart TV. I only note of concern would be the walk way in front of the unit. The tiles can be very slippery if they or you are wet. There are strip a floor grip and if you walk on those and slowly you should be fine.

Great place to stay!!!!!
This place is always comfortable. Can't wait until my upcoming stay in September! Place always makes you feel at home. I recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great time in sosua!

Location, location, location
Joe's unit has it all. Located within walking distance of beach, the strip and any action you desire. It is has great security yet the complex is guest friendly. His upgrades place it at the top of my list for a Sosua vacation. Book it today, you will not regret it

Tranquility in Paradise
I had the pleasure of staying @ Garden Condos Unit#8 for approximately 11 days with no problems what so ever. The Condo owner Joe checked in daily to make sure everything was fine. I have stayed in other units @ Garden Condos but there’s no comparison to Joe’s Condo #8 which has a modern Kitchen with new countertops, back splash, & cabinets. The unit also consists of 3 brand new A/C’s & ceiling fans. It’s a really comfortable unit that gives you the feel of being home. It’s very secure with 24 hr. Security & some of the nicest staff working @ the property that you would ever meet. The check in process was simple & took less than 5 minutes & the check out process even less. If your the type of person that wants to be away from the Sosua night life with peace & quiet @ night that’s gated then I suggest you rent #8 & you won’t be disappointed. Last but not least it’s guest friendly & less than a 5 minute walk to the Sosua nightlife

About the neighborhood
My wife came here for our second honeymoon, and it was her first time at the condo. She felt very comfortable in it and liked the neighborhood. Now, I'm happy to say that it pass my wife's test. She calls this place "Party City Sosua". There's so many restaurants, bars and pubs, plus more... that you only need to choose where you want to hang out for the night. Guests are permitted. Supermarket, banks, casino and the beaches (Playa Sosua and Playa Casa Marina) are walking distance from the condo. No need to rent a car to travel locally. Plenty of shopping, clubs, tourist attractions (Ocean World, Twenty Waterfalls, Monkey Jungle, Snorkeling and much more) for which bus tours are available. The Playero SuperMarket is at a walking distance, if you feel like cooking at the Condo. Very friendly and safe neighborhood to hang out. Police (aka Politur) offered 24 hrs on the street by the town. If you feel more adventurous, Cabarate is just 10-15 minutes from the Condo on a taxi ride. Go see the Malecon and tourist around Puerto Plata City. Condo is four miles from POP airport. Airport pick up is available for a small fee. Free Parking on site available.

You will need to get from the airport to Pedro Clisante street. Pass the Ayuntamiento street, up that block make a left at Europa business store (sorry street has no name). Main entrance to the Garden condos is in the middle of the block to your left. Before getting to Dr. Alejo Martinez street.
