BEDROOMS: The property consists of 22 rooms, all with AC, Fan, Safe, and Closet. All are distributed in 12 fully equipped apartments. 18 of them with a King bed, 2 with a Queen bed each, and 2 with a Twin size Bunk bed each. 16 complete bathrooms in total. Within the 12 apartments, we have four basic layouts, one, two, and three bedrooms. All apartments feature a private balcony overlooking the pool, and a living/dining area, equipped with AC, a mini-fridge & a flat-screen smart TV, with Netflix. Six of the apartments have direct access to the pool. INDOOR AND OUTDOOR CHILL SPACES: A large outdoor pool, with chairs, towels, and two outdoor showers. THE BAR: Full-size bar fully equipped and stocked, with an included bartender, comfy seating, and portable Bluetooth speaker. Guests are welcome to bring their own liquor. THE HUT: This is where guests eat and lounge. Located right next to the bar, the hut has seating for up to 44 people, but can also be used to watch your favorite sports games or movies with a projector and retractable screen. There you will also enjoy the pool table. A drinking water dispenser is also available. THE KITCHEN: We pride ourselves on providing our guests with the freshest and best food on the island. We work with every group to customize a food plan to make sure we offer up exactly what you want to be served. Packages range from breakfast plans to full all-inclusive packages and great prices. Guests can also choose to cook for themselves or get our optional private chef service. WIFI: We know how important it is these days to stay connected. There is HIGH BANDWIDTH - HIGH-SPEED WIFI throughout the property. MASSAGE: Take advantage of our optional in-house massage services. Discount rates on group packages are available. SECURITY/ ELECTRICITY: There is 24/7 security and a backup generator that powers the entire facility including the ACs if needed. The more we know ahead of time, the better prepared we will be to make this your best trip ever!

Wedding of my dreams at 1 playa Laguna
Our stay at one playa Laguna was everything I dreamt of for my destination wedding! From the moment we stepped on the property, everyone made it feel as if it were ours. We could turn up how we wanted to and the staff was there to make sure we had the best time. My family got kinda wild and the staff made sure we were safe and taken care while we had fun. The most stressful part of any wedding is the planning… x1000 when it’s it’s a destination wedding. I didn’t want to hire a wedding planner, as I wanted to be in control of everything and keep it very simple. Ben and Evelyn, the hosts of the house planned everything for the entire trip and the wedding. Ben made sure every meal was delicious and the drinks were on point. We paid for the all inclusive food and drink plan for $100 per person per day and it was so worth it. We ate some of the best food we have ever had, all made fresh every day in the kitchen on site but 2 chefs. For breakfast we had a small buffet, then all day long we could order off the simple a la cart menu if we wanted, then every night had a nice dinner all together. Everyone was obsessed with the fresh caught grouper in fried sticks every day for lunch! From the Mexican night with a chipotle like spread, to the seafood paella, to the pig on a stick, to the Dominican night and the fancy wedding dinner of shrimp and steak, the food exceeded our expectations and even the picky eaters were impressed. Everyone was equally as happy about the all day open bar. From when we woke up to when we went to sleep, a bartender was on site to serve us all kinds of drinks, some even with fresh fruit. Everyone was drunk and full the whole time! On top of that, having our rooms cleaned every day was something our family has never experienced before and truly made everyone have such an incredible experience. Evelyn did an incredible job planning our wedding. Even though we wanted to keep it simple, there are still so many details to think about! I put my trust in her to make decisions about so many things, after I saw her vision was aligned with what I wanted. When the big day came, everything flowed perfectly. The hair dresser and make up women did an incredible job on all the girls in our party. Everyone felt so beautiful and loved what the ladies did to our hair and make up. The ceremony took place on the beach, just across the street and down some steps. The set up was simple and perfect. Evelyn make sure every detail was thought up and perfected. I can’t thank her enough to organizing such a perfect day for us. Every single worker treated our family so well. I am picky about people in customer service because I waited tables for 8 years. So I set the bar high, and not 1 single person left me with a bad impression. I genuinely loved every single worker and I am so thankful they got to be a part of our trip. Shout out to the bartenders, the chefs, the maids, the security guard, the guitarist and DJ for the wedding, and the house manager Jonathan. They all went above and beyond to make our day and the entire trip special for each and every person. To wrap this up, I recommend this property 1000% and we will definitely be back. There is no price you can put on the experience my family had together for our destination wedding. I think it truly changed their lives and there is nothing I wanted more than to leave a lasting impression on them and give them the best time ever for making the trip so far from home for our wedding. Ben & Evelyn, thank you endlessly for a trip we will never forget! Also have to shout out Sam and Julie, the house owners who also played a role in making the trip perfect! They were on site daily as well making sure everything was running smoothly and that we were happy. BOOK YOUR NEXT FRIENDS & FAMILY TRIP HERE! You will not regret it!

Amazing staff! House right next to beach!
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff was incredible!!!! Our rooms were cleaned every day, along with chefs cooking all of the food we and bartenders making all of the drinks! Since everything was taken care of we could all be fully relaxed and enjoy our vacation! The fried fish for lunch was one of the best things I ever ate in my life! The whole pig we ate for dinner one night was also amazing! The beach is a short walk away!
