Casa Minerva is a 2-storey, 4-bedroom vacation house in Tagaytay City, Philippines, with a private infinity pool. It is perfect for family gatherings, class reunions, wedding preparations, team buildings and small parties. Rental rate includes use of private swimming pool, videoke, satellite TV, LPG, barbecue grill, and WiFi.
This house has a floor area of 250 square meters and sits on a 240 square meter lot. It is fully furnished with Filipino design hardwood furniture in the living and dining rooms. It has 5 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a fuilly-equipped kitchen and a two-car gated garage with concrete roof deck.

We dont recommend
Very disappointed. Not worth for 13k payment. yung tipong di ka na babalik. We have a lot of reasons to give you 1star, kung pwede nga no star. Maganda yung venue,the problem was sobrang dumi, maalikabok ang mga tables and chairs sa veranda, even sa balcony,kami pa nagpunas. We placed the boking last week and we checked-in yesterday pero hindi sila prepared.we were not able to use the videoke because they cant find the key to open the gate from the veranda which is the short-cut to the videoke if you were drinking sa veranda. We also asked if we can extend for 2 hours and we're willing to pay but they said its not possible because they have guests by 2pm daw, maglilinis pa daw sila.how come eh hindi nga nalinisan nun kami nag check-in. Eto pa, upon our arrival nawala ang mga caretaker, busy na mag tiktok si ate girl hindi man lang kami inassist as in nangapa talaga kami. Ang dumi pa ng pool feeling ko may lalabas na undin sa dumi. Sorry but I have to say this for you to improve at di madagdagan ang mga madidisappoint pa.

Nice and practical house, needs a major overhaul
The setup of the house is ideal for big groups. The bedrooms are with air-conditioning and most have their own bathroom. However the general condition of the house is poor: the available amenities are not always sufficient in number (i.e. drinking glasses, plates, clothes hangers etc.) or in bad condition and need repair, replacement or renovation. This has already been stated in previous reviews more than a year ago but the present condition has deteriorated since then (kitchenware, refrigerator, bathroom, electric equipment etc). The cleanliness is poor as well: cobwebs, moulds etc. in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen)
The caretaker was present in the house and always helpful.

Enjoyed our stay
Lovely, peaceful and relaxing place. Quiet but not really isolated. Caretaker was very helpful and took care of all our needs. I would love to stay there again the next time we visit Tagaytay.

A great place to stay in Tagaytay. Safe, clean and affordable. Nice rooms. The best part to have fun is the swimming pool and video-oke.

PEACE, A POOL & A GOOD STAY
Plenty of room for our family whilst in Tagatay.... the kids even put a small tent on the balcony overlooking the pool. The pool itself was large enough and it and the house was well looked after by thecaretaker who was very helpful.
The kitchen could do with an upgrade and one bathroom the shower door resetting but otherwise we were very happy.
I did see another review mention a derilict building next door... this is just a vacant house up for sale... yes it needs a tidy but no problem and it gives an extra parking space if yoy need it.
All in all it was a good place to stop and we were happy here.

Worth the stay 😊
A great place to spend your vacation in Tagaytay. You can enjoy the fresh air and the ammenities. The pool area is perfect for parties or for a relaxing dip. The house can accomodate big squads for your #squadgoals vacation or staycation. It's also a plus that it's located in a peaceful neighborhood. I'm sure the guests will love this place too. -easy communication with Minerva from start to finish
-approachable caretaker, Kuya Jun..he was a gem! He took care of everything we needed.

Casa Minerva is located at D. Cruzado Senior Extension Road, Barangay Guinhawa South, Tagaytay City, Cavite, Philippines. We are near Bag of Beans, Soto Grande, and Puzzle Mansion.
Driving Directions:
1) From Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway, turn to Maglabe Drive.
2) Take the first right.
3) Turn right again at Cruzado Extension.
4) The 3rd house on your left with black & brown gate is Casa Minerva.
You may also follow the road signs leading to HJM Retreat House or LilyBoy's.
If using public transportation, one may take a tricycle from the intersection of Maglabe Drive and Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway to get to Casa Minerva.
