The stone cottage is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with a large open plan living area. The cottage boasts a large garden and BBQ area offering spectacular views of the harbour and distant Outeniqua Mountains. The apartment features a fireplace, retro sofa with satellite T.V. and wooden dining table. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, gas stove, electric oven and tea and coffee making facilities. The open plan living area is not shared and is for your exclusive use. The main bedroom with sea views features a double bed, work space and en-suite bathroom with shower only. EXTREMELY Disappointed
Booked this apartment with TripAdvisor. On the eve before check-in, I get informed by the host that he did not receive any info regarding my booking. Payment was made a month prior to my stay. Despite receiving numerous messages addressed from the host on TripAdvisor. Host claims that they are automated responses from TripAdvisor. This put us in an extremely uncompromising situation where we were left stranded for accommodation and had to settle for what ever was available. Host did apologize and refunded me in full. However no apology or cash makes up for the inconvenience caused. My advice to the public is that if you are booking this property, please book directly with the host and not through TripAdvisor.

Wunderschöne, grosse Ferienwohnung
Herrlich gelegen und mit toller Aussicht. Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir als Familie benötigt haben, war unglaublich geräumig und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.
Die Begrüssung durch den Eigentümer war freundlich offen und endete mit einem Begrüssungdrink. So sollte es überall sein, danke dir Darryl war toll bei euch.

Enjoy Mossel Bay`s quaint old town with its coffee shops, restaurants, hiking trail, scenic boat trips, surfing spots and the new zip line all within walking distance.

How to get there
If you are driving along the N2 from Cape Town (390 km) , stay on the road which leads to Mossel Bay ( the N2 becomes the R102 ). Do not take the George turn off. Take a left turn off the R102 to Mossel Bay Centre ( Marsh Street )and take a right into Marsh Street at the traffic light. Take a second right at the Cork and Plunger into Mitchell Street. At the T-Junction, turn right and we are the first house on the left. Nr. 62 High / Hoog Street. Please check in at Nr. 62A High Street at the top of Michell Street. Please note the street sign says Hoog Street.
If you are driving along the N2 from George ( 50km ), take the first Mossel Bay turn off, turn left at the stop and the very next right at the traffic light ( by Mac Donalds )into Lourie Fourie Road. Stay on this road as you pass through 3 traffic lights. At the fourth traffic light, take a left turn into George Road following the coastline. Drive through the next traffic light past Checkers and down the hill. At the next stop, turn right into Mitchell Street. At the T-Junction, ( at the top of the hill ) turn right and we are the first house on the left. Nr. 62 High / Hoog Street. Please check in at Nr. 62A High Street at the top of Michell Street. Please note the street sign says Hoog Street.
