Interaction with guestsAs the key will be in the door on the day of your arrival, you can simply let yourselves in. I will pop along after you arrive to say hello, and to show you how the hot tub works, and to answer any initial questions you may have. I can also recommend things to do in the area, although you will find lots of information in the lodge. I will then leave you to enjoy your stay, however I am always on hand if you should have any further questions.

Booked this beautiful lodge for 3 nights. The lodge is in a beautiful isolated location and was extremely clean when we arrived. The lodge has everything you need for your stay including towels, cooking utensils and cleaning products. We were left a lovely welcome basket with fresh bread, eggs, jam, snacks with fresh milk and juice left in the fridge. The scenery around the lodge was stunning and peaceful with beautiful countryside and the most adorable shetland ponies which were a bonus. Lovely spacious hot tub to relax in and unwind with gorgeous views. Debbie was lovely and very welcoming answering any questions we had throughout our stay. A perfect couples retreat myself and my husband loved it so much we've booked it again next year! Thank you so much Debbie and Dave x

We stayed at Lilly Pond last week and loved our stay, the scenery was amazing and the location was ideal to go walking in the Brecon Beacons! We don’t often return to the same place for trips but we will definitely be back to Lilly Pond. There was a lovely welcome hamper left by the owner as well.

This was our second time staying in Lily Pond Lodge and it was again beautiful. We stayed in June 2018 for our 10th Wedding Anniversary and this time we had a winter break for my husbands 40th Birthday so a very different stay this time but still just as beautiful with the frosty, misty mornings. The lodge is lovely and warm with gas central hearing and the tub is very welcoming during the cold evenings watching the stars. We made friends this time with the 3 Shetland Ponies in the field instead of friendly Highland cows like last time and they greeted us twice a day at least. They are very cute and friendly (ps they enjoyed their carrot sticks ❤) We had an afternoon out to visit the Red kite feeding site which was magnificent to watch hundreds of these amazing birds coming in to feed as recommended in Debbie's welcome email. All in all another wonderful stay at this stunning place and we can't wait to return again. We didn't want to leave. Thank you Debbie.

What an amazing little hidden gem. I don't take to TripAdvisor very much because I don't have the time to write about all the places we stay and visit but this place deserves the time! From the moment we arrived it was like arriving in own little hidden sanctuary of bliss. The lodges are very well located so that they are only a short distance away from each other ( great for group bookings) but far enough away to feel like you are the only ones for miles around. The lodge itself had everything we needed including a hot tub to unwind and we used it every night to sit in and star gaze. There is very little light pollution so the stars are absolutely incredible. The lodge was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented and dressed. It was a self catering lodge but the owner Debbie is on hand should you need anything and the welcome pack that was left for when we arrived was a really lovely touch. We found Debbie absolutely amazing and she really helped make our trip as fabulous as it was. She was great in advising on local walks and places to visit. We had a fabulous time walking during the day and then chilling in the lodge of a night. It was cozy, warm ( and we didn't put the heating on) and so peaceful. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, I highly recommend Lily Pond Lodge. It really helps to feed your soul with a heartfelt feeling that only comes from switching off completely and you just can't ask for a more beautiful setting.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our Springer Spaniel and had a lovely, relaxing time! What a stunning location, if rural is your thing this is perfect, great local walks, beautiful scenery and a fabulous clear sky a couple nights with so many stars! The Lodge was lovely and clean with everything you need, the bed was comfy and the hot tub was welcomed after a long walk in the countryside! We saw butterflies, dragonflies, herons, red kites and buzzards all very close to the lodge. We loved our neighbours - two shetland ponies who came to say hello! Out biggest challenge was keeping the Springer out of the pond :-) We hope to return soon!

Well what can we say, we have been counting the days until we could go to the lodge and it certainly didn't disappoint , lovely secluded lodge which was the perfect short break for us in amazing scenery overlooking the little pool, nice touch on arrival with a lovely welcome pack, which due to the location is very helpful if you are looking to grab supplies when you are there as it is well away from local amenities, luckily we were prepared for that and didn't want to leave once we were settled in. We will certainly be looking to return next year, simply stunning place and ideal for our romantic short break.

We have just got back from a 3 night stay at Lily pond Lodge and we will be booking it again for next year but for a week this time! The lodge is set down a private road surrounded by stunning views. The other lodges are positioned away from eachother to provide privacy. The shetland ponies that are in the field behind the lodge are so friendly and always came down to the gate each day to say hello. The lodge itself is well equipped with everything you need, just bring yourself, your clothes, toiletries and some food. Everything else you need is there. The balcony is more than big enough to relax on and the hot tub is amazing! We loved our stay here and we were sad to leave. The pictures are an exact representation of this beautiful lodge. Even our nervous dog who is scared of her own shadow loved her stay, there are plenty of places nearby to walk which we took full advantage of. If your looking for somewhere where you can switch off and enjoying a peaceful environment with stunning views then this is for you.

We booked a weekend with our dog and all I can say is wow, lily pond cottage is picturesque, all the amenitities you will ever need inside the lodge and it was lovely and clean, we had the pond around the lodge to ourselves and kodie our dog loved exploring, so much wildlife, birds, squirrels, frogs, a heron, sheep and the miniature ponies were regular visitors, absolutely in love with this place and we cant wait to re visit. ❤️
