Irfon Cottage is one of two self catering cottages at Penrheol Farm located 1 and half miles from the town of Builth Wells in Mid Wales. Lovely long walks are accessible from the cottage, where you may see a Red Kite. Close to the Royal Welsh Show Ground, Brecon Beacons, Hay On Wye, and the Elan Valley Dams. Coarse fishing lake half a mile away. This lovely converted former farm barn has exposed wooden beams, a one bedroom cottage with a super king bed or it can be made into twin beds. An open plan living area that incorporates a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, dining area and seating area with a flat screen TV. Patio doors lead to the patio area and your own private Hot Tub, with the most outstanding panoramic views. A garden a BBQ, Fire Pit and table and chairs for alfesco dining.
