For those cooler times of year there is gas central heating, double glazing and of course the apartment has free WIFI. Pet friendly. Dogs are welcome on the beach except in the restricted area. Miles of sweeping sandy beaches and stunning walks are just a stone’s throw from the apartment. As well as a fantastic location with views of Barmouth’s award-winning sandy beach and the Llyn Peninsula, this lovely holiday home is only a two-minute walk to Barmouth town centre with its shops, harbour and good pubs and eateries. Surrounded by the Snowdonia National Park, the apartment is ideally situated for whatever type of holiday you want. There is no designated parking but there are free parking spaces outside and a car park opposite, as well the main town car park 500m away. Even in high season there is usually no problem parking close by. OPEN PLAN LOUNGE/KITCHEN/DINING AREA The main open-plan living area enjoys beach/sand dune views from the large bay window. The main feature is the original Victorian fireplace and surround and original ceiling with coving and chandelier. The sitting area has two sofas, one 3 seater fabric settee, a 2 seater leather recliner and a riser/recliner chair for relaxing, the latter is suitable for people with limited mobility. A flat screen 49” SMART TV/DVD. In the dining area is wooden table, seating six with matching chairs and coffee table, plus original pine flooring. The stylish open plan kitchen with breakfast bar is towards the far end of the lounge and is equipped with everything you would expect in a well-presented holiday home. The kitchen has ‘high gloss’ kitchen units with granite effect worktops, a double built-in fan oven, gas hob & extractor hood over, fridge, slim line dishwasher, toaster, iron and ironing board. REAR DOUBLE BEDROOM with en-suite- sleeps 2 With carpet floor, Double brass bedstead, 2 X 3 drawer pine bedside table & lamps, large 4 drawer chest of drawers in co-ordinating pine wood. A large window to the rear. The bed has a removable ‘easy lever bed rail’ which guests with mobility issues can use. Hanging rail in cupboard En-suite shower room, fully tiled, floor to ceiling with a walk-in shower inc. flexible handheld shower head, grab rail, modern white ceramics WC and wash basin. Chrome towel warming radiator. BASEMENT ROOMS: FAMILY BATHROOM Newly fitted, with Italian style ceramics tiles, P-shaped bath with electric shower over and curved glass screen. A Chrome towel warming radiator, WC and wash basin. ENTERTAINMENT AREA (sleeps 1) With laminate wood effect flooring, 42” TV with a ‘WI gamer’ (can play DVDs) and a child single flip chair bed (suitable for under 14’s) which can be utilized to sleep an extra guest. FRONT FAMILY BEDROOM sleeps 3 With laminate wood effect flooring, a king-size ‘brass bedstead’ 2 X bedside tables & lamps, a single pine bed, large 5 drawer chest of drawers, double wardrobe with drawer in co-ordinating pine & painted wood style and a rocking chair. Additional information: It is the guests’ responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise. The apartment comfortably sleeps 5 guests, we can accommodate a 6th guest using the single flip chair bed (suitable for under 14’s) A £35 supplement applies Short breaks when available: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Changeover day is SATURDAY in the main season. Maximum of two dogs with a £35 per dog surcharge applying. Sorry, no puppies. Prices inclusive of energy, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels.

Great holiday in Barmouth.
This place is right in the centre of everything. Directly across from the sand dunes and immaculate beaches and harbour. Free parking in places so got to be quick and a very dog friendly place. Lots of eating and drinking places but they do get busy at peak times. A lot of places close early around 9pm or even earlier but are open all day so check opening times etc. Just round the corner from the train station which was fab for a day out without driving. We had fantastic weather which made our holiday even better. The apartment is spacious with everything you need. The first floor is wheelchair accessible with a double bedroom and small wetroom. Also a portable ramp for the entrance doorway. The ground floor bedroom is decorated lovely but a little cold. The whole apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely return to Barmouth and would stay in the apartment again.

For those with family’s, miles of sweeping sandy beaches await you, or perhaps you could explore nearby Harlech Castle – a World Heritage Site. If you're into cycling or horse-riding, there are numerous scenic places to ride and the internationally-famous mountain-biking centre at Coed y Brenin just 20 minutes away. This is a walker’s paradise with the Mawddach Trail & Taith Ardudwy Way very close, whilst the Wales Coast Path passes the front door! For those seeking a little more challenge, Cader Idris lies at the head of the Mawddach Estuary, and Snowdon can be reached in less than an hour.
