This attractive and comfortable detached bungalow (non-smoking) is surrounded by a very large (but not enclosed) garden (0.5 acres). It is situated in a quiet lane close to the edge of Sutterton village, between Boston and Spalding in South Lincolnshire. It provides a peaceful base for a relaxing country holiday. We welcome visitors with well behaved dogs by arrangement, but do charge an extra £10 p.w. each. The accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, sitting room (with colour TV, DVD), bathroom, kitchen and dining area. It is fully double glazed and cavity wall insulated. The central heating is oil-fired and there is also a coal effect electric fire fitted in the sitting room. A telephone is installed for incoming calls only, and a cot and high-chair are available on request. There is a large gravelled driveway with ample parking for several cars. WiFi. The bungalow is situated on a quiet lane, and with access to quiet roads with very little traffic, to explore by bicycle or on foot. 'Perfect place for a quiet retreat and a good base for exploring the fascinating landscapes of the Fens and Wolds of Lincolnshire Well equipped children's playground in village, close by. The rent includes the provision of all bed-linen (duvets), but not towels or tea towels (other than for overseas visitors travelling by air). The rent for weekly holiday bookings also includes all fuel and power. Our friendly caretaker and cleaner lives nearby, and is available for any problems during your stay. The owners are easily contactable by email or 'phone if you have any queries, or would like suggestions or ideas for expeditions. (Sutterton is where our family lived for many years, although we now live some distance away.)

Sunny and roomy bungalow with plenty of garden ,very well equipped and nice clean bedding,for the 3 days we were there the weather was lovely and sunny,which made our holiday so much better,very enjoyable.

A welcoming bungalow with plenty of room for 2 small children, a real home from home. The garden is the perfect place for 2 little explorers!!!!

Lovely bungalow in Sutterton. Lovely garden including a “secret garden” which was a joy. The beds are comfy and the water hot. We enjoyed our stay although it had to be cut short as Hubby had to go into hospital. We would certainly consider another...More

How to get there
The bungalow is on a quiet lane, close to the crossing of the A16 and A17 main roads. There is ample parking for several cars in the gravelled driveway. Train stations are at Spalding and Boston,and the nearest airport is East Midlands. Buses do serve the village, but a car is recommended.
