3 bedroomed holiday house in an excellent location within 200 yards of Harlyn Beach. Large secure garden. Each bedroom has 2 twin beds. Digital TV. Main sitting/dining room, kitchen, bathroom with bath with shower over and outside shower room. Kitchen has cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Electric storage heaters. Conservatory to rear. 3 miles to Padstow with its attractions, restaurants and shops. 1 mile to Trevose Golf Club. The new Pig at Harlyn Bay opened in June 2020. Harlyn Bay is an excellent safe sandy beach for families but also has good surf in rougher conditions. Other excellent surfing beaches nearby. Another brilliant holiday, have been to this cottage many times and have booked again for next January.

Cosy home by the beach
We spent Christmas and New Year here and loved it so much so we booked for 2023. The house is basic but comfortable and the enclosed garden makes it very private. The key plus is its location close to the beach and on a quiet road....a lovely peaceful getaway.

Holiday stay Harlyn
Ideal location for the beach, unfortunately during our stay amenities were nonexistent as they are building a new complex with shop and bar. The property was well laid out with a outside toilet/shower which was great for washing the sand of the wetsuit after spending time in the water surfing. Would definitely stay again

Fantastic holiday
This was our 8th stay at this lovely property, my Grandchildren love it. It’s perfect for walking to the beach, a few minutes drive away from Padstow and St Merryn.
The house is cosy, especially now as the owner has installed new heaters and a lovely little electric fire in the lounge.
I’m looking forward to coming back in June!!!

Fabulous holiday
Yet another great stay at Undertowan. Lovely clean cottage in an amazing location. Lots of great walks and Harlyn is a one of the best beaches in Cornwall.

Another fantastic holiday
We have had another lovely holiday at “Undertowan “, this was our 6th time. It is perfect for the location , a few minutes walk to the beach, St Merryn, couple of minutes drive away has some great restaurants. Padstow is a 10 minute drive away too.
The cottage itself is very clean and comfortable, and it has a lovely enclosed garden.
We love it so much, we’ve booked it again for next year.

Perfect holiday cottage
Perfect for us as a family - close to the beach, lots of space in the garden including a table for outdoor dining and an outdoor hose for wetsuits. The cottage is a comfortable gem, with everything we needed, plus there's a conservatory out the back for a quiet read.
Would love to go again.

GREAT FOR COUPLES, SURFERS, WALKERS AND DOGS
Typical period cornish seaside bungalow with glimpses of the sea through some windows. Pathway down to the beach with steep steps to get down onto the beach. Easy coastal walks. Nothing in Harlyn itself but Padstow and the next village are few minutes drive away. Mobile phone signal hit and miss. Wifi excellent. Has U Tube and Neflix on the TV, The property has everything you need. Owner on hand and helpful for anything. Lovely bolt hole even though we had lousy weather this week and if you don't listen to the news,you would not know about Covid-19. Good place to isolate. If you want a quiet relaxing break out of the season this is the place. I would imagine it would be a very busy place in the summer.

Another great holiday in Undertowan
It is the 4th time we have stayed at Undertowan. It is in a fabulous location and great value for a cosy cottage with everything you need.

The Padstow area is a wonderful place for a summer holiday. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in Padstow and the immediate area has 7 sandy beaches to choose from. Good surfing close by and surf schools at Harlyn and Trevose. The facilities of Trevose Golf Club are within 1 mile.
