Fantastic location and a cosy, comfortable property with everything we needed. Great views and numerous walks and places (beach, fields and woods) to go on foot or by car. Five minutes into North Berwick by car. Very dog friendly and delightful, helpful owners who were around but never intrusive. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

The Cabin is a cosy and comfortable, snug base to visit East Lothian. Sited in farmland, magnificent panoramic views across sea to Fife and close to Bass Rock and Tantallon. Vast open sky and at night brilliant star gazing. Peaceful and relaxing.

Not that far from our home in Fife, but a big change in pace. The cabin was set in a peaceful location, yet it was easy to access transport links and the A198 was close by. The views were stunning, breakfast watching the birds circulating above Bass Rock was my lasting memory. Inside there was everything you could need whilst being away and it was lovely and cosy when the wind was blowing outside. This isn’t a modern cabin, there aren’t sleek lines, there are instead, pieces of the owners art work, a cosy couch and a very homely feeling. Being dog friendly was a great bonus. We hope to be back soon!

Lovely quiet location, surrounded by fields and just a short walk to Seacliff beach and Tantallon Castle. A short drive will take you to Tesco or into North Berwick High Street where you will find a good selection of shops and many beautiful beaches plus a very pretty harbour. We were given a warm and friendly welcome upon our arrival, plus helpful advice as to how to operate the central heating system, etc. The Cabin was clean and warm with very efficient central heating and a good bathroom, plus large walk-in shower cabinet. The facilities provided were more than adequate to meet our needs. The owner is very kind and considerate and nothing is too much trouble. We were able to take our dog who loved the beaches nearby too! All in all it was a lovely break away from the daily buzz, with plenty of time to relax and enjoy the views.

We much enjoyed the cabin with its great location overlooking Tantallon Castle and Bass Rock, and its close proximity to beautiful Seacliff Bay with its mysterious ruins and wee harbour. It is also good to be based by a creative pottery with friendly and helpful people. The cottage is well furnished and has a good shower, kitchen, sitting room with books and DVDs and a good size bedroom. We are looking forward to our next visit so we can get to know the area better. Also dog friendly!

We got got this stay as a gift from my mother law for the weekend after our wedding. It was a surprise for us and we had a really lovely weekend exploring the East Coast, and it was brilliant being able to have the dog with us too! The cabin was really cosy and had everything we could need for the weekend. The TV signal wasn't great, but the collection of DVDs made up for it. Had it been a different time of year and not dark so early, the veranda and slabbed area would have been perfect for relaxing in the evenings. We had a fantastic stay, and our 4 days lasted forever!
