Great flat, spacious for 5. Fabulous location. Helpful owner. Excellent to have outdoor courtyard space to eat, drink and leave sandy clothes and toys from the beach. Tap with hose to rinse off sandy kids. Would def return.

This flat is a perfect family place to spend time in North Berwick. I parked the car opposite the house and didn't need to use it again until we (sadly) left a week later. Shops, restaurants, activities are in walking distance and the fantastic sea views are mesmerising. The flat has all mod cons, is a good layout and feels...

We have stayed in this property a few times and it never disappoints. So much to do is within minutes of the flat. There is a lovely park with an aviary and a kids playground, tennis courts, etc and the beach, which is stunning, is outside the front door.
