This comfy cottage is just a short walk from the busy quayside in Wells-next-the-Sea. Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty,Wells is part of the largest coastal nature reserve in England,and is fantastic for nature-lovers and birdwatchers. There are many quaint villages and charming towns to explore including Brancaster,Thornham and Wighton. The Wells and Walsingham Light Railway will take you through this delightful area. Attractions include Pensthorpe Natural Park,the Sandringham Estate and the 25,000 acre Holkham Estate which is home to the 18th century Holkham Hall and an unspoilt picturesque beach. On entering this light and attractive holiday cottage you will find yourself in the airy and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With comfortable seating,TV/DVD and radio/CD,the lounge is an ideal space for relaxing in. You will also find a charming dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven,microwave and fridge. You will also find a bathroom complete with an electric shower over the bath and a WC. Going up via the fairly steep cottage style stairs you will find a comfy double bedroom. Heading up to the second floor there is a cosy twin bedroom set in the eaves of the house,with a dormer window offering a glimpse of the quay. Please note this room does have a low sloping roof. Stepping outside,you will find a small fenced,paved and enclosed courtyard with a bench where you can sit and unwind at the end of a beautiful day. Off-road parking is available outside the cottage for one car. Please note,no commercial or large vehicles over 4.5m in length are to be parked here.   More
