Lovely one bedroom apartment in the very much sought after Club Atlantis Aparthotel in Puerto Colon, Playa de Las Americas. Situated on pool level, which is the floor below reception.<BR><BR>A modern and spacious lounge with a corner sofa bed. Stylish white unit along opposite wall with storage boxes along the bottom incorporating the TV in the centre, which has UK satellite channels. Amazing apartment and hotel
Amazing apartment we have stayed lots of times and always have a great holiday the part me t has everything we need with a lovely pool view. It’s in a great location for bars restaurants and the beach. The pool area is gorgeous with clean pools and really lovely polite staff. Melissa is always so helpful when we contact her . Thanks again for an amazing stay x

Lovely stay in Melissa's apartment at club atlantlis
Great time at Melissa's apartment cant praise her enough very prompt with her responses to and questions or problems I had,had everything we needed for our 8 night stay comfy beds etc great location would certainly book again

Just the job
Lovely clean apartment in a very good complex. Full equiped for all your needs even a washing machine.Owner very fast with responding to any questions etc. Great out look over pool area and comical to watch selfish people surrounding the sunbeds before they were unlocked only to leave them most of the day if ever unused!
Smell of drains sometimes in bathroom. Only found safe whilst checking around before leaving.
Great location for bars and resturants etc. Main bus route at top of road. Spar supermarket hidden away on beach front. Prefect position for walking for miles each way along the coast.
All in all very good

Nice apartment
We have stay here before,the apartment was very clean,new bathroom fitted, brilliant shower ,the complex it's self is very clean,lovely swimming pool,and pool side bar,loads of shops .bars restaurants near by,all within walking distance, we will definitely stay here again.

Amazing holiday
As usual we have had an amazing stay at Club atlantis. The room was fantastic, clean, pool view and the new bathroom is great looks really lovely. As always Melissa the owner is so helpful and always gets back to you as soon as she can. We have stayed in this apartment many times now and will definitely be back. Thank You Sam and family 😀

1st couples holiday.
The location was excellent, pool was great,but our apartment was not the best,bed linen had blood on it so I had to wash then,partner had bites all over him (bed bugs) .

Thank you for your feedback as per our messages on your return this is something we were not aware of or have ever had before we have now had a company in to do a check and even though they couldn’t see anything we have treated the whole apartment changed the beds and all lining inc towels in our apartment, we apologies again for any distress caused by this.

Disappointed
Stayed for one month in apartment Club Atlantis, fast Wi-Fi, kitchen had everything to cook a meal inside.
Negative
A lot of noise from Sloop bar right outside and Bar nearby also bottle banks being filled when pubs closed and goes on till 2am, then again in morning at 4-30 am bottle banks being emptied.
The bathroom stinks with smell of sewage!
Would not book again in Club Atlantis.

Many thanks for your review I am very sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay, with regards to the sewage smell the bathroom has just been re-fitted with everything being brand new and when you contacted me regarding this I was very sorry and I got the plumber straight around and he advised the issue had been sorted and as I didn't hear from you again on this matter I was under the impression this had been sorted, if not you should have contacted me again, I have not had any more reports of this from anyone else so all I can think was he managed to sort whatever the problem was out, unfortunately the bin collection is not something I can help with or with the bar below which shuts by 12 this has been the same for as long as I can remember, I wish you would of contacted me prior to leaving a bad review as I don’t feel this is fair on our apartment as a whole and what we offer compared to others.
Again I apologies for the smell if you wound like to contact me direct and let me know if this was rectified or not and we can look at some compensation for you for putting up with it.

Apartment great find
Just got back from Club Atlantis , had a good 10 days holiday. The location and pool are excellent . We hope to stay again later in the year

Amazing Holiday
Our second time here. The apartment is great just what we need. The hotel is in perfect location for everything, bars , restaurants and it’s so lovely for walks.
The staff are so friendly and helpful and the pool area has a relaxing feel lovely to chill out all day.
Melissa was so helpful and accommodating when booking the trip.
Would definitely come back again had a fantastic holiday.
