We loved the extensive outdoor space, the 3 terraces, the perfectly sized pool, the outdoor shower with hot water, the BBQ and the beautiful flowers and lighting. The views from the upper terraces are really enjoyable. The apartment is in a nice location, a little distance from the town centre so you do need a car but it is a very peaceful setting (at least in March). The kitchen is very well equipped, is large and modern. The living room is a nice size although the furniture could maybe be refreshed. The TV is great, has many channels and the addition of Chromecast is brilliant. The wifi is strong and easy to use. The bedrooms are good sizes, as are the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, although we were not fans of the pillows. The place in general is great but could maybe benefit from a fresh coat of paint with new towels and pillows. My other suggestion is to perhaps provide a few tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine.

Spacious and well equipped apartment, with the bonus of having your own great swimming pool. The third bedroom is like a little annexe which was great for our extended family stay. The apartment had everything you would need and the location was quiet but well placed for the centre of the urbanisation with its small shop , great communal pool and a couple of nice bars /cafes ,whilst only a twenty minute walk downhill to the town centre and beaches. Communication from Robert was excellent and when we return to Nerja in the future , we will certainly book again.

We stayed in Via Real 5 for 10 days in June. It's an absolutely beautiful villa with stunning views. The villa was very well equipped and spotless. The pool was a perfect size for a family and had plenty of outdoor furniture and a lovely shaded balcony when it got too hot. The owner Robert was so nice and helpful. I really hope we get to go back to this villa in the next year or two!

We spent 10 days in this great and relaxing house. It’s very comfortable with its 3 bedrooms and big, useful kitchen. The main terrace full of flowers, upper terace with a breathaking view of Nerja and the sea - unforgettable! The swimming pool is a perfect option when you prefer to stay at home instead of going to the beach. When you go up the hill (3 minutes), you can also make use of a big pool with 2 nice restaurants. At the beach there is plenty of great restaurants and bars. Nerja itself is really cute - rather small and cosy with its narrow streets, cafes and small shops. Frigiliana (15 mins by car) is a great example of pueblo blanco with its amazing beauty of tiny white houses and cosy restaurants. Must-see! We also went trekking in the rocky mountains - no people, just nature. I recommend El Cielo. Fantastic views! We love this place❤️

couldn't wish for a better villa in a nicer area.Robert supplied all we needed he was most helpful.After all travel restrictions have been lifted we shall definitely book again.Stayed a month could have stayed longer.

We’ve just returned home from Via Real 5 and we were so impressed with the service from Robert before our stay and during.. We stay at different Villas every year in Nerja and this is the first one we’d definitely book again. Thank you.

This is an amazing little gem! One of the only villas with a private pool. It was so well equipped, and had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. Only things to be aware of were the tiles round the pool get very hot and slippy when wet, we had a baby with us and this caused a little issue, but the garden was lovely and enclosed so quiet, so secluded! Would highly recommend. Robert the owner was so lovely and was really quick to tespond to any questions. We did have to pick up the keys from a hotel in town which proves a bit of an inconvenience when you dont know where your going, having the keys located at the office on the complex would be a lot easier for guests.

We have just arrived home as a family of 6 from a fabulous week in via real 5. Fantastic villa with everything you need. We all loved the private pool. The terrace area was where we ate as lovely and cool. Great location with a bus stop outside the villa which takes a 10mins drive into the centre of Nerja at €1. I would highly recommend this villa for a relaxing family holiday.

Vi spenderade julen 2018 i detta fantastiska boende med nära till allt. Hög standard med golvvärme, egen pool, flera terasser inklusive takterrass med fantastisk milsvid utsikt. Allt var mycket tryggt och välordnat och lätt att få kontakt med värden. Helt enkelt allt man kan önska sig. Tack, vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

This is our 2nd visit to this villa. It’s so spacious and the heated pool is a hit with the kids. The kitchen is very well equipped with handy extras such as store cupboard items (spices etc.). The beds are comfortable with foam toppers for extra comfort. The area is very quiet in the evening so we always slept well. The pool area is lovely and the pool is maintained to a high standard. Our children loved the inflatables for the pool. We didn’t use the pass to visit the larger communal pool, but nice to know we could if we wanted a change of scene. There are a few pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Handy to know that the mini supermarket within the complex is open on a Sunday and does provide all basic provisions. Very handy when arriving on a Sunday and all major supermarkets are closed.
