We stayed in this apartment for a week at the end of August. It was in a great location just at the pedestrian section of the centre of the town and a 10 minute walk in either direction to any of the nicer, quieter beaches. The terrace was perfect for sitting out in the evenings to have a glass of wine before heading for dinner. The apartment itself was nicely set up and comfortable although we could have used a few extra utilities such as bin bags, more toilet paper etc. We were only kept awake one night by very loud noises outside our window but there is nothing the owners could do about that and overall it was the perfect accommodation for our trip.

This lovely apartment is in a fantastic location, only moments away from shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. Also a short stroll to the Balcon de Europa, the church and the main square. The apartment is spacious, and decorated very prettily. The kitchen has everything you would need - plus a washing machine! A spiral staircase outside the kitchen door leads to an amazing roof terrace, equipped with sun loungers, a swing, table and chairs, and great views. It's a great place to have breakfast, do some private sun bathing, or have a nightcap. A fabulous asset. The living room and bedroom have floor to ceiling French doors, which also have blinds which can be pulled right down. There is aircon in both living room and bedroom. We loved it and will be back. The owners live on the ground floor but we were left to do our own thing. It was as if it was our own apartment. Half-way through our stay we got fresh towels and bed linen, but apart from that we just got on with it.

we recently stayed at This apartment for 4 weeks in December 2017 and it was perfect for us, lounge with sofabed and large dining table,Double Bedroom with a comfy bed and wardrobes, kitchen with all the gadgets, bathroom ( perfect ) and most of all - an upstairs private terrace with dining set and sunbeds and its a suntrap, The Owners Lola and Menola left us fruit and bread and milk etc to get us started on arrival, They were very welcoming ,So we will return to you Lola as soon as possible, So now here is the thing you are in the Town ! YES restaurants on your doorstep Tapas bars and shops all nearby, Balcon de europa is a 5 minute walk, The cottage restaurant is 1 minute walk and was amazing good food and good value, as well as the friendly atmosphere,We were made very welcome indeed,thanks Becky xx. One more thing, Go to the Rodunda bar (nearby) sit at the bar,buy a drink and get free Tapas Hola ! Wine is 2 euros a glass, Also go and meet Linda at Hemingways bar She is there thurs to sun, 0nly open evenings, have a wee chat/laugh with her and her guests, Nerja is a lovely town with a lot of friendly people and things to do, So thank you very much Lola for a lovely stay xxx , OH We have to mention Heather at Maxwell,s pub for a great Christmas day dinner Best roast tatties ever, We cannot wait to return x

This apartment is a stones throw from the shops, bars and restaurants, ideally situated. It is about a five minute walk to The Balcon de Europe and the small beaches either side of it. The apartment itself is lovely, it has air conditioning, fully equiped kitchen, handy washing machine, clothes rope and pegs, a tray to take your food/drinks up to the fabulous roof terrace, there is a steel spiral staircase (12 steps) to the roof terrace but once up their it is well worth it, great sea and mountain views. The owners Lola and Manolo are really nice and are more than willing to help you. The apartment really needs a proper shower fitted, as it only has a hose attached to the taps and the water goes everywhere. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone who has difficulty with stairs as there are steepish stairs up to the door and also the spiral stairs as mentioned above, the only other negative is the noise at night as mentioned in another review, obviously this is not the owners fault so I would take some ear plugs for the next time.

We stayed here for 8 nights. The apartment is well furnished, was bigger than expected, and has a large roof terrace which is a total sun trap and gets sun all day. The kitchen is equipped though we were unable to get the oven to work which did not cause us a problem. Washing machine is fantastic . Aircon works. TV is trickier to operate - no English channels but we were happy to live without it. My only real gripe is that at night it is very noisy. The streets are narrow and the noise of scooters and vans echoes off the buildings and rubbish collections occur every night at about 2am. But we had a lovely week here.

The reviews that have been already submitted leaves me nothing much to add. Great location, very clean , everything provided including free wi-fi. There is only one gripe and that is the shower head bracket need fixing properly as it is liable to come off altogether. Also there are a couple of english channels BBC world news 775. and CCN. But who needs the telly when you are in Nerja. Many thanks to Lola a lovely lady.

Lovely little apartment ideal for couples wanting a relaxing holiday. Owners lovely and always available to help with any requirement. Apartment has all you need for a self catering holiday. With plenty to do in the area it is ideally situated for all the town restaurants, shops and cafes.

We stayed in Nerja for ten days at beginning of May and our experience was greatly enhanced by the perfect location of Lolas apartment. It was a 5min stroll to the old centre of Nerja with its dozens of shops, restaurants and bars but was in a quiet mostly residential street. The roof terrace was large and equipped with everything you could need for private sunbathing, dining or simply relaxing in the cool of the evening. The apt was spotlessly clean and very comfortably furnished. The bedroom was very comfortable with lots of wardrobe space and chest of drawers, For a perfect nights sleep the air conditioning kept the apt cool even though the nights were warm outside. The kitchen was fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster etc. Lola, the owner lives on the ground floor and provided a great welcome pack including, bread, butter, milk, juice, fruit and even a pot of marmalade and English tea bags. She was unobtrusive but always on hand to help us when needed and provided loads of fresh towels and bed linen during our stay. The only negative was that there were no English channels on the t.v. but it is a minor point as we were able to download bbc news to ipad via the excellent WIFI connection. We loved our stay and definitely recommend Lolas apt to anyone staying in Nerja.

Lola was helpful and available without being intrusive. The apartment was beautifully clean, and there where some nice touches such as a welcome pack with water, milk, juice, tea, coffee, fruit and vegetables.There was a change of bedding and towels mid stay (although there were plenty of towels available), and free Wi-Fi, although it would not connect if you were on the terrace but fine everywhere else in the apartment. The apartment was in a great location very central,near to all the bars and restaurants without it being noisy. The sun terrace was great but my only small gripe was that it was accessed by a spiral staircase which could be an issue if you are not too agile, and although there was Satellite TV it was not available in English.

My wife and I have just returned from a lovely 2 week stay at this beautiful Andalusian house, rented from the lovely Lola and her family. The house was absolutely immaculate throughout and spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could want; Air conditioning, Satellite TV, Free Wi-Fi, kitchen appliancies, etc. The star of the show was the huge roof terrace, with sun loungers, table and chairs with lovely views over the old town and out to the sea. We spent most afternoons relaxing there and soaking up the sun! Lola was great. Always available with any requests we had and so friendly too. The location of the house was perfect. In the old part of town and only a few minutes walk to the Balcon area. Cant recommend this highly enough for a couple looking for a traditional house in a tranquil part of Nerja. Wonderful!
