Located in the heart of Nerja, these beachfront villa are on the street Capitán Hernando de Carabeo. This is a traditional fisherman's street that still feels like a typical Andalusian town. It's only 5 minutes walking distance from the Balcon de Europa and the central town square. With magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea and El Balcon de Europa from the garden. There is access to the Carabeo Beach right next to the villa. The villa can take up to 5 people, with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilete and a terrace on the top floor. The ground floor has the kitchen, a cloakroom, and lounge/dining room with chimney. The lounge area opens on to the garden with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea. Consider this place before you book
This place is perfect, location perfect, view perfect. If you are thinking of booking one of these villas...... Please don't come back to the villa with your new found girlfriends / boyfriends put the music box in the garden at 11.30 and dont give a flying feck about people who are trying to get to sleep (your neighbours) we had some pig ignorant chavs in Villa 3 who did this every night. The owner had a handle on it and shut them up every night night (thank you immaculada) If you want that type of holiday please look elsewhere and give the people who book these villas the opportunity to have the peace that this location deserves. I will book again and hope our neighbours are not selfish people like we experienced in October 2019.

A RELAXING PLACE TO STAY
What a superb location! Convenient for bars & restaurants. Short walk to supermarket. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay easier. Excellent communication with Ana. Great help from Immacuelda & husband. Thank you.

Great villa in great location
Could not fault the place or the attentiveness of the owner in all communications. Perfect beach top location and ideal walking distance from centre of Nerja just a few minutes away.

Excellent central accommodation
Close to all amenities ,beach seconds away,restaurants and bars a stroll down the street.Plenty of equipment in the kitchen and bathroom,beautiful views over the sea ,the Balcon can be seen from the garden.

Just back from Nerja and once again this villa did not disappoint. Spotless. We had a little problem with a light and the agent had someone on the case immediately. Only problem we had was that Feria de Nerja was on right next store to the apartment and it cause a problem trying to get to sleep.

very private, central location, child friendly, peaceful, just the sound of the waves!
This location is ideal for a perfect stay in Nerja, close to all shops restaurants and Square, peaceful, safe, access to pool, and child friendly. If you would like to wake up to the sound of the waves in the morning, then this is your place!!!!

Nerja is on the eastern end of the Costa del Sol, only 50km from Malaga. And it has all the right ingredients to tempt all kinds of visitors. An average year-round temperature of 20 degrees centigrade; the beautiful landscape of La Axarquía with dramatic mountain ranges; an amazing coastline that varies from beaches to cliffs. Just some of the reasons why you'll want to come back, again and again. The historic centre of town has many examples of typical architecture, beautiful walks and emblematic corners such as El Balcón de Europa (the Balcony of Europe). This magnificent promenade on the edge of a towering cliff, offers superb views over the sea. In between cliffs appear calm coves and beaches of incredible beauty, such as the beaches of Carabeo and Burriana. The coves of La Caleta, Barranco de Maro or the Calas del Pino. In all of them you'll be able to bask in the sun, enjoy a refreshing dip in the sea and get active with all the major water sports: from windsurf to sailing.
