Great location, a couple minutes walk to the station, the apartment is in an elevated position, up on the hill, hence the great views.

We had a very nice stay in a well equiped and clean apartment..The owner Tatiana is a very pleasant friendly person who meet us and explained everything.Communition was easy from england via phone calls,text,email or what's app.. Thanks Mark & Angela..

I stayed with my family in august and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is a very modern and contemporary apartment very tastefully decorated The pool set on a hill with views over Carvajal beach was superb.we had a swim at 6 in the evening and the water was nice and warm. Thanks tatiana for a wonderful time. The downside is the climb up a steep hill from the beach and Carvajal train station. Rashid,England.august 2017 .

Stayed here in October must admit the hill can be a put off as it is a work out. The villa is gorgeous everything we needed including free wifi which is a plus for the kids. The beach is just down the hill and the train at the bottom of the hill was a saver as not many places near good 30 minute walk but for 1,80 we got all the way to the town centre and further. Disapointed as on arrival we was told the pool was closed so had to go out every day with 3 children which got rather expensive wish it had been advertised that not open.Other than that would definately stay again. Thank you

We stayed here in June and had a lovely time. The apartment was very spacious and decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms quite large and the kitchen was well equipped, we ate out every night so didn’t cook but had everything we needed for breakfast. The apartment complex is located up a steep hill, however on our way home we just called it our little exercise run and with a little effort made it up there everyday with a baby in a buggy and a 3 year old in tow. It took us about 20 minutes to get down to the beach, which is a very nice one. The pool area was very clean and not very busy, with a separate childrens' pool. There are a few restaurants at the beach close by (about 30 minutes walk) but the train station was right at the bottom of the hill, to take you to any of the towns along the coast where plenty more restaurants and shops awaited. All up, we had a lovely stay and are looking forward to returning next year.

Bonjour Le gros problème de cette location c'est qu'elle est loin de la mer; En plus la résidence et dans une cote avec un escalier très dure a monte avec une poussette. En arrivant le ménage n'avait pas été fait , également des cafards nous ont rendu visite. Pour le prix 1 000€ la semaine je suis déçu.

I exchanged emails with the agent asking if this property was suitable for a wheelchair user and she said it was. It was highly unsuitable as it was at the top of a very steep hill. I would never have pushed my sister downhill and couldn't have pushed her uphill. This significantly affected our trip, as we had to use the car for every outing.

Los días de descanso bien. Piso en muy buen estado. Limpio, amplio y fresco. Una terraza grande con su barbacoa, tumbonas..., gran pantalla de tv. Cerca de la playa, pero hay unas largas escaleras y una rampa de acceso, cercana al 20 % de desnivel (usar coche). Estación de cercanías a 1 minuto, dirección a Málaga o Fuengirola (trenes eléctricos, sin ruido). Muy cómodo. No hay supermercados cerca (sí un pequeño comercio con prensa a pie de playa), usamos coche y en 10 minutos podemos encontrar Carrefour, mercadona, en dirección Fuengirola. E Hipercor y mercadona, dirección Benalmádena. Los chiringuitos, no son muy baratos que digamos, pero son amplios y sirven buena cocina. Hay Burger King en ambas direcciones, o bares de platos combinados... Teníamos parking privado. Muy cómodo dejar el coche a resguardo del calor. La piscina muy bien. Encontramos falta de utensilios de cocina tales como una tostadora, paños cocina. Además se publicitaba que el piso disponía de secador de pelo, y no lo encontramos por ningún lugar. Si eres aventurero, puedes perderte caminando por la playa, o bien tomar dirección a la montaña y pasar por caminos de asfalto o senderos hechos por el ganado. En verano, protegerse del sol. En resumen, pienso que es un buen lugar. Difícil de dar con el. Pero lo que recomendaría a los propietarios, es que a la entrega de las llaves, informen a los inquilinos. Pues con las personas con las que contacté para llegar al piso, no sabían informarme de dónde se encontraba el mismo. Ni dónde estaba la piscina comunitaria. Además, deberían arreglar la cerradura de la puerta que se encuentra averiada; pero eso es lo de menos. Pienso que son asuntos fácilmente solucionables. Gracias y espero que les haya servido nuestra opinión. Porque no es sólo mía. Hicimos un trabajo los cuatro, después de las vacaciones, que consistía en poner nuestra opinión de lo bueno y lo malo en un papel. Trabajo didáctico.

El lugar es muy tranquilo con vistas al mar.Espacio de sobra para el coche a demas del garage.La casa estaba limpia y tenia los utensilios necesarios.Un piso amplio e iluminado.Se puede confiar en las fotos.Una cama de matrimonio era mas grande de lo que estaba acostumbrada a ver y dentro tenia el cuarto de baño y daba occión a salir al balcon sin salir de la habitación. Aunque fue solo poco tiempo la estancia fue perfecta.Lo recomiendo.
