Both bedrooms offer comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, and each comes with its own bathroom. They can be separately heated if necessary. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full set of appliances and all necessary kitchenware. The apartment is very accessible even without a car. Malaga international airport is about half-an-hour train ride away (one-way train tickets euros 2.80). From the Torreblanca train station, a short walk towards the sea takes you to the apartment building. Alternatively, the taxi ride to the airport is about 45 euros. Great view and fantastic host!
We spent 2 months in Bob's apartment from February to March, the apartment is absolutely fantastic with superb location and we had a wonderful time! The apartment has everything you need and most importantly for us it has a large balcony with a fantastic view and sun all day, couldn't ask for more, we loved it! I have to mention the owner Bob, he was simply incredible, he provided top notch service in every way, THANK YOU BOB, you deserve not 5 but 10 stars!!! Definitely if you want to rent in this area it's worth it and highly recommended! We will definitely be back as often as possible, we can't wait :) !!! Best Regards Hanna and Lena

Fantastic views
We are a couple in our 80's who spent 4 weeks at the apartment. We found the location and comfort very acceptable. There were a few areas which needed some attention, however Bob has assured me he is refurbishing this winter. We spent many hours on the great balcony, noise was no problem, just people enjoying themselves, all went quiet before midnight. Lift a little small but took a 3 wheel disability scooter easily. Air condition would be great in the bedrooms, especially as the temperature was in the 30's our first week. We are hoping to be able to visit again in the spring of 2023.

Wonderful vacation!
The apartment has a large balcony that overlooks a beautiful beach and boardwalk which is great for walking. Balcony receives all day sun till about 4pm. The apartment is very well equipped. Bob is very attentive to any questions and your needs. There is a Bus stop for all of Fuengirola, the Miramar shopping centre and near-by towns located directly behind the building. And a train station to other towns along the Costa del Sol, to the airport or into Malaga is within walking distance. Lots of Restaurants and patios all along the strip. Grocery store is 1/2 a block away. Pharmacy is on the street behind. Thank you, Bob for everything!

5 star apartment; 2 star location
The apartment is fantastic ,it was as advertised . You get the sun from about 8 am until about 2-45 pm on the balcony . Central enough for restaurants, bars and cafes .But the location is not the best , it is noisy all day with cars and motorbikes passing below the balcony . We had one major gripe , when we arrived the pool was out of commission and it stayed that way until 2 days before we came home . Not good! One more thing , the building does need a bit of renovation and the elevators are tiny , it’s just a pity that the apartment is not further along towards the Carvajal area ,if it was we would definitely stay again . I would like to thank Bob the owner , he was really helpful with our transfer to and from the airport to the apartment . If you don’t intend spending a lot of time on the balcony then the apartment is fantastic !

Beach Apartment with a lovely balcony
The description of the Beach apartment corresponds to that we got there. A nice apartment with a lovely balcony, two nice bathrooms and two sleeping rooms, however located in a old building that urgently needed a thorough restauration , and not only the staircase and the very small escalator, but the whole building. Disappoining was the nasty odor (sewer??) in the kitchen and hall and even in the cozy living room during the whole stay. Only to prevent by permanently opening the kitchen door to the balcony In summary this prize € 680 for 5 nights was not worth

Dear Herman, Many thanks for staying with us and your feedback. I’m very surprised to hear your comments as we’re taking very good care of the apartment and our guests. Regarding the building, I understand as during this specific period the administration engaged some façade renovations. I’m not aware about the odor, maybe you can be a bit more specific. Was this coming because of the construction material they used during restoration? The apartment is on the 3rd floor, in the front of the sea and there is no nearby restaurant or anything else that can influence the odor. I’d love to hear back from you and please keep in touch. Outstanding Accommodation in Torreblanca
We rented this two-bedroom apartment for almost two weeks, located near the Torreblanca roundabout. Its large balcony on the south side of the building overlooks the beach and ocean. The Renfe (train) took us from the Malaga airport to Torreblanca for a small charge. A downhill walk to the apartment of 5 minutes was easily accomplished, even with luggage in the dark. The building is well-maintained and has an elevator. The third floor 2-bedroom, two- bathroom unit has a prime position with sea views that we enjoyed throughout our stay. This is one of the cleanest apartments that we have ever rented. To the left of the entrance is the well-equipped kitchen with high quality appliances and a full refrigerator. A table is located in the kitchen that we used for dinners on cool evenings. An entrance to the balcony is located from the kitchen as well as another one in the living room. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, cutlery etc., has a number of small appliances and a high end washing machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious and well-appointed living room, with two very large leather sofas, tables, two full bookcases with a very homey feel. A huge TV was just supported with FIBE installation the week prior to our visit with thousands of channels. Down from the entrance hall are located two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the latter with high end task lighting of many options, double sinks, a huge shower and storage space in the vanity and on decorative shelves. All linens were of high quality. We only used one bedroom and bathroom, but the unit would be great for a family of four. The balcony was frequently used for dining, with a table and chairs and a lounger. The communication with Bob, the owner was excellent, both at the time of booking and throughout our stay. Thanks Bob for the lovely bottle of Cava, a thoughtful welcome gift. We found the Torreblanca roundabout (behind our building) useful for taking the bus into Fuengirola and for a designated pick-up stop for tours. We have no hesitations in recommending this beach apartment; however, it will be our first choice when we are able to return to the Costa del Sol.

Wonderful vacation in a great location!
I and my family (6 p.) stayed in Bob's apartments for 15 days in August. Those were great days! Spacious apartment with a large terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner or talked and admired the sea)) My parents (77 and 83 years old) left this terrace only to the beach and to bed)) The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms have everything you need and even more. We did not experience any problems at all! The sea is right next to the house. The grocery store is in the next house. Nearby there are many restaurants, bars and confectioneries. Beautiful and long promenade ... Great rest for the whole family! Thank you, Bob!

Lovely apartment, possible problem if arriving late evening
My daughter and I stayed for 10 nights in this well equipped, comfortable and quiet apartment. The only problem we had was on arrival. Our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until just after midnight. We informed our on site contact of the delay and she said she would leave the keys in a safe box on the front door. Unfortunately on arrival, we couldn't access the building to pick up our key as the front door was locked. We tried to phone the contact several times with no luck and left voicemails and messages. We ran around all the local bars to see if anyone else was staying there who could let us in. As two lone females with, money, suitcases and passports, this was quite worrying and we were seriously thinking we would have to look around for a hotel for the night. Eventually, over two hours later at around 2am, with the help of a local bar owner we managed to attract the attention of a group of young Spanish men who were on their balcony and they let us in. At 11 the next morning, our Spanish contact eventually returned our messages saying that although she felt for us she couldn't have helped us. Bob the owner also responded the next day and was very apologetic. Perhaps a re-think of where to leave the keys in a similar situation is called for? Perhaps with a local bar owner or in a box outside the main entrance?

About the neighborhood
The City Located on the ritzy Costa del Sol, half-way between Malaga and Marbella, Fuengirola is a city with a rich Andalusian flavor, offering an extensive stretch of coastline covered with magnificent beaches. Located right by the Mediterranean, its perfect weather attracts the European elite all year-round. This upscale city offers golf courses, horse-riding centers, leisure parks, hotel complexes and excellent dining. Take a short drive and you can visit the Zoo, enjoy an unforgettable day at the water park or tour Sohail Fluvial Park, an extensive and modern recreational area crossed by a navigable canal measuring 800 meters in length. Fuengirola sits on a narrow strip of coastline covering 8 kilometres which has a succession of some of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. The promenade is great for walking, jogging and cycling. The pearl-cities of Malaga and Marbella are each half-hour away. Fuengirola used to be a tiny fishing resort, but in the 1960s the growing tourist industry took over, transforming it into a modern resort adored by Spanish nationals, as well as international tourists. It has five miles of beautiful sandy beaches and of course, the sea. Fuengirola has everything and anything that the modern tourist might need, including bars, restaurants, hotels, entertainment and self-catering apartments. There are also many shops and supermarkets in Fuengirola where one can buy many traditional products, as well as exotic delicatessen. Fuengirola’s natives don’t forget that this was a fishing town, and so, there are many first-class seafood restaurants to choose from ,where local dishes are fresh and excellently prepared Spanish-style. Breaking news: A good part of Paseo Maritimo, Fuengirola’s popular seaside promenade, was recently given a face-lift. The avenue was expanded, in order to accommodate for its huge popularity.

On the beach… yes! You are on the beach! Torreblanca train station at only 5 Minutes walk. Bus in the front of the building. Bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Bakery at 40 meters only. Grocery store beside the building, at 10 meters only.

How to get there
The vacation home is located on “Los Bolices” beach in Fuengirola, Costa del Sol, between Malaga and Marbella. Once at Malaga airport, why not catch the train. Trains run every 20 minutes to Torreblanca station and costs only 2.60 euro per person (children under 6 years travel free). From Torreblanca Station it is just a 5 minutes walk (slightly downhill) to the seafront apartment. Alternatively there are taxis waiting outside the airport, fare to Fuengirola is about 40 to 45 Euros and takes approximately 20 minutes. We can also arrange a pick-up for you at the airport!
