The mountaineer cabin was amazing!
Everything was great! The cabin is super cute, tub is huge, decor is beautiful, and staff was amazing. Absolutely no complaints. We did not want to leave.

Very nice cabin but abnormally noisy due to large exterior tree hitting the cabin!
I was looking for a special place to take my wife to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. After reading several great reviews, I elected to book a 3-night stay at Cinnamon Valley - The Mountaineer Cabin. My first impression was genuinely nice cabin and it appeared that I had made a good decision in booking the Mountaineer Cabin. Until our second night, which was our anniversary day. That night we had gusty winds of 30 mph from a tropical storm remnant. It is important to know that the storm was not that bad, I did not hear of any reports of property damage or down trees on the local news. That night my wife and I were unable to get any sleep, due to a tree that goes through a built designed hole in the roof of the cabin. The entire night my wife and I had to tolerate the loud sound of a battering ram hitting the roof of the cabin. The noise vibrated throughout the cabin I had called earlier to advise Julie of the tree hitting the roof. The owner, Julie advised they are aware of the matter, it is on their list of to do things and didn't offer us any solution. At this point I did not want to consistently complain to Julie, this is why I searched out luxury and not your average accommodation. I was paying over $300 a night to stay in this luxury cabin so I would not need to complain, all I would need to do is express our dissatisfaction with the accommodation. It has been experience when you stay in luxury accommodation the staff goes out of their way to make you happy!!! Julie did not go out of her way at all for us after making her aware of the matter and she did not show any amount of concern for our extremely uncomfortable stay. We did not get what we paid for!!! At $350 a night, I highly recommend that the owners, Chuck and Julie change their business model from, "Oh well, it’s because the tree has outgrown the hole." Without any attempt to resolve the issue to the customers satisfaction. I will not recommend my family or friends stay here. We are extremely disappointed!!! We will not use trip advisor to book future travel

needed a getaway
very easy to find, cabins are close to the highway (about 5 minutes) but had a remote feel. the cabins are spaced out so you almost don't know that they are there, much more spacious than the pictures can depict, we cooked out and stayed in most of the weekend. watched a football game on the direct tv. sat out on the deck and relaxed, watched a couple deer go by, a few grey squirrels, the only issue i had was because of the fact i am a light sleeper the total silence was broken up by the cabin contracting after the sun went down, i suggest having a fan or in our case a little speaker we played rain sounds through our phone, that helped.

Met and exceeded expectations
The property is even more beautiful in person than on their website. I was initially concerned when researching this cabin because the location seemed so close to town that I didn't think I'd have that private cabin feeling....I was wrong. After turning off, behind the ozark jamboree I easily found the office due to their signage and checked in without an issue(map of the property included). You definitely get the "woodsy vibe" when driving down the main road into the valley. It was very picturesque while we were there, we saw wildlife(deer and a beaver) just hanging out on the mowed frontage and crossing the road down in the valley, unafraid of us passing by. The roads on the property are dirt roads which weren't terrible(I've driven on much worse), but they were pretty narrow. The split in the valley to the left was quite a steep climb and I had some tire slippage in my truck which made me wonder how easily cars could've handled the road immediately leading to our cabin. It must not be much of an issue though because the neighboring cabin was booked and they made it fine in a small car. I've stayed in a few cabins before that were basically just like roughing it at a summer camp, and this was definitely not one of those experiences. The cabin was well maintained, and decorated beautifully. This is definitely a romantic getaway and a place to visit again. Luckily there was wifi, which seemed to work well and we had no issues with it. The satellite TV didn't work while we were there, which wasn't an issue we even cared to call management about(who really picks a place like this to just sit and watch TV anyways). The kitchen was also fully stocked with dishes and silverware, I never checked for pots and pans but assume they were there. We cooked dinner on the provided charcoal grill after picking some supplies up at the grocery store that's just a few minutes away. The bed wasn't bad, not the most comfortable I'd slept on, but it was comfortable enough. The jacuzzi was huge and worked great as well, no complaints there. We had a great stay and will definitely be back the next time we're looking for a cabin in Eureka. It might be worth it to try out a few of their other cabins as well because they all seemed to have their own unique charm, since this one impressed us so much.

Awesome experience
The cabins are beautiful. It was a romantic get away for me and my wife and I couldn't have been more pleased. Cabins are pricey but in the end it was totally worth it. Would definitely come back again!!

Perfect Quiet Location
My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. It was perfect for us. Booking was very easy. The arrival and check-in process was very easy and friendly. We received a map and excellent directions on how to reach our cabin. Upon pulling up to the cabin, we were immediately impressed. The cabin was clean and the grounds were perfectly maintained. Upon entering, we were greeted with ambient music and amazingly decorated cabin. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. All of the amenities were clean and in great working order. We ate dinners and breakfast on the porch and saw deer pass close by. The area is very quiet. It's far enough away from Eureka Springs that there is no noise or people. However, it is close enough that the drive is just a couple of minutes at most to downtown. We used the paddle boat one evening to enjoy the lake. It was quiet and a lot of fun. In short this is the perfect place for a quiet get away. We will recommend this location and we intend to return.

Amazing, relaxing and all around fantastic place to say!!
We absolutely love Cinnamon Valley! First off, the cabins are wonderful and have everything you could possibly need to enjoy this home away from home! The comfort of this place and the tranquil surroundings, make it our favorite place to stay in Eureka! We love Eureka because of the great places to eat, the fun shops and the great people! Having a place like this to stay only makes this town even more enjoyable than it already is! A definite two thumbs up and then some!!

Relaxation, Cinnamon Valley invented the word
Exceptional service, homes were very clean, everything that you need for the kitchen all there and neatly in its place. Loved the home, very relaxing and all the privacy that one would want. Home was just minutes from town and restaurants yet far enough away from all the city noises. Loved the peacefulness and quiet of the Valley, looking forward to going back

Beautiful get away
The cabin was beautiful inside & out. Very clean & loved the furnishings. Wood for the fireplace was brought daily & grilling supplies were offered if we needed them. Very surprised to see that a private chef can be scheduled to come & cook for you. We will definitely try that next time. Very much enjoyed the fresh cinnamon bread & personal note when we arrived. The accommodations are well worth the price.
