Enjoy beautiful fall, winter, spring weather, and summer evenings with our outdoor living areas. Two large patio's with BBQ and comfortable seating as well as a spacious park-like backyard with gazebo retreat and city views can provide an outdoor getaway for your pleasure. Guest entrance access to our home is key-less. All guests will be emailed an access code that will allow them to enter. After entering the access code guests can create their own private code to use through their stay. Guests have access to the entire home, yards and 2-car garage. (note: If garage door openers are lost or not returned, there will be an additional $50.00 charge for a replacement.) Two bedrooms share a full bath while the master bedroom has its own master bath. The only area the quests do not have access to is the supply closet in the garage used by the cleaning crew.Interaction with Guests. We enjoy keeping in contact prior to arrival and meeting our quests upon arrival. However if time does not allow we are always available by phone or email and eager to provide information that will make the stay a memorable one.The Neighborhood. The neighborhood is usually very quiet. A comfortable easy 10 minute walk to downtown Phoenix.Getting around the 12th St light-rail station is 2 short blocks from the house. It can take you to/from the Sky Harbour airport, as well as downtown Phoenix is one stop away. This is a NO SMOKING property and NO PETS are allowed, due to future guests potential allergies. Please adhere to this policy. Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Relax and enjoy. We are proud of our home. All we ask is you enjoy yourselves and leave the house as you found it..

Roland and Danny really care about their property and their guests. They really work around your schedule and are available and ready to answer any questions you might have. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are very nice and clean. The back yard is huge with a great patio area with barbecue. The house is located in a nice neighbourhood. I would definitely book again and have already told some friends about it.

Fantastic Stay
Can’t say enough about our whole experience. Roland and Danny greeted us upon check-in to make sure we had anything and everything that we could possible need or want. The location is so convenient to the downtown area, especially to the Convention Center. Every amenity was top notch!!!
Would 100% recommend every time.

Great stay
First off, the home showed just as nice as the online pictures. It was very clean and well appointed. There was even a couple of bottles of wine which was very nice and not expected. The location was perfect as it was very close to the convention center. Due to the weather, we did not get a chance to use the back yard, but it was big and very nice and would be perfect for outside enjoyment. We truly enjoyed staying in this beautiful home and highly recommend it.

Expectations were superceded by Excellence
Our stay at this property surprised all of our team members from Chico, CA while attending a Global Convention downtown. From the moment we stepped into the house greeted by our friendly hosts, Danny and Roland, to every detail of comfort met, we knew we'd be back. Beds were very comfortable, immaculately clean, kitchen supplied with all the essentials, the washer and dryer was very appreciated, the flat screen TV with hundreds of options provided some good down time in the cushy couches sipping on the wonderful complimentary bottle of wine and perfect dark chocolates while the dinner was cooking on the BBQ. Plus the block & half walk to the Light Rail System was fun, convenient & cheap to and from downtown. Thank you Danny and Roland for the best alternative to a hotel we've every made!

Conference stay
I stayed at this property with 4 other colleagues while we attended a conference at the Phoenix Convention Centre. The property is a pleasant 15 min walk downtown and the house was huge and clean. Roland and Danny were also hospitable and helpful host. Definitely glad we found this property for our stay!

So comfortable
The home owners, Rolland and Danny are so accommodating and delightful. The home is very comfortable and pleasing. The neighborhood is quiet considering it is almost in the heart of downtown Phoenix and close to the airport. It is also conveniently located to light rail, which with a seven day pass we used quite a bit. The Arizona Center has fabulous restaurants. There are numerous churches within a short distance. Easy access to the freeways. The back yard is relaxing and private. The home is very well appointed and equipped. So much more comfortable than staying in a cramped hotel room.

Substantial savings buy not having to park in downtown where parking has recently increased. $3 to $4 per hour at meters and garages. And $30 to $40 per night at hotels.
7 blocks to Downtown Phoenix and Phoenix Convention Center. Quiet neighborhood 1 block to the light rail transportation train.
There is garage parking for 2 cars and room in the driveway for 2 more if needed.
Getting around
1 mile to Downtown or 15 to 20 minute walk. Transportation available is 12 street phoenix light rail station for all Downtown locations as well as Mesa and Tempe east Valley and north Central Phoenix Valley areas. Uber, taxi and bus available as well.

Our property is an 8 to 10 minute drive, Uber or taxi from the airport. For those Who don't intend on renting a car or don't wish to use Uber or taxi, there is sky train from the Phoenix airport that takes guests directly to the light rail station called phoenix sky train transit center. From there light rail transports guests within 10 minutes to the 12th St. light rail station which is approximately one block from our vacation rental.
