Starting out at Motel 6 prices, even our most expensive rates are half the starting rate of a single bedroom and bathroom at the Hilton next door, yet with two to three times the space! We strive to provide a great value to guests, offering both affordable rates and the convenience of a full-size home in a pleasant gated community. Guests receive a mailbox key upon check-in, so those here for multiple weeks or months may have their USPS mail temporarily forwarded directly to the resort mail huts just a few feet away; UPS and FedEx packages will be delivered directly to your door. Unlike the others here, all of our rentals offer extras such as stereo surround sound, landline telephone service with voice mail, caller ID and unlimited long distance calls to Canada and within the U.S., as well as full-service check-in with a representative to greet you on site and to tend to any needs that may arise. All our properties feature free WiFi.
Nestled in its own private corner of our resort community, this lower level, 1100 sq. ft. 2 bed/2 bath unit is one of our most requested and sleeps up to 4 total in one king and one queen bed. There are three TV's, with a 46' flat screen featuring full 1080i HD service and onscreen Internet access (great for browsing the Web or accessing your Netflix account) in the living room, along w/5.1 surround sound theater system for a theater-like HD viewing experience or even playing your own music via your device over Bluetooth. The living room is done up in striking charcoal & gray contrast, while the guest bedroom features a soothing sage green breezy resort motif, and the master a deeper navy & tan lodge look w/brand new furniture.
The double balcony patio is one of the most private at the resort, offering desert sky vistas with a mountain backdrop enhanced by towering palm trees and those breathtaking Arizona sunsets, and features full dining and lounging options, with both living room and master bedroom access. Upgraded services such as WiFi Internet and premium subscription cable channels are also available.
The Pointe Resort is a gated community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles Northeast of downtown and is adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex contains three pool areas each with hot tubs, restrooms, grills and showers, as well as on-site tennis and basketball courts. All pools and spas are temperature-controlled, open and swimmable 24/7/365, and those staying for longer durations may have their mail conveniently delivered to one of the mail huts here on site. UPS and FedEx packages will be delivered to your door.
Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius, starting with Lookout Mountain next door to our north. The nearest major supermarket is less than a mile away for all your grocery needs to stock up your kitchen. There are four major indoor/outdoor shopping malls within 5 miles, in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less, yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base with easy access to all the destinations, sites and establishments in both the East and West Valleys, and it's within a few hours driving distance to the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, San Diego and Rocky Point, Mexico. Overall a great vacation retreat for couples, families and golf enthusiasts!

We will never stay anywhere else when we come to Phoenix~ not even with family! This is our 2nd year staying here & we're still just as in love with it. It's very neat, clean & uncluttered while also being stylish, super comfy & filled with all we need to "live" here.

Sweet Oasis - perfection
This is a beautiful, quiet, perfect condo and resort. Grounds are pristine with friendly and accommodating staff. Our condo is lovely and secluded with Mountain View’s. Easy access to highways make it the perfect location for many activities and traveling to different cities. We will definitely back again and again.

Wonder stay at Tapatio Cliffs vacation rental
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 7 week stay at Point Tapatio Cliffs vacation rental. The 2 bedroom unit was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. We would recommend this property to others and definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the heated pools and hot tubs. Many good restaurants nearby and easy access in and out of the complex.

Corner Unit at Tapatio Cliffs
This unit has pretty views and is a very nice, modern condo. Heat and air con that work nicely. The washer and dryer were great. There is a Mexican place that is 'top 12 mexican restaurants in America' less than two miles away. (try the green corn tamales!)
There is also a restaurant called veggie village that was surprisingly amazing. We also went to Different Point Of View and it was stunningly beautiful, highly reccomend, less than a mile away so it's a cheap uber for some fancy drinking.
The master bedroom bed is a little uncomfortable and makes a lot of noise when you roll over or move. My wife ended up sleeping with our daughter in the other room and said that bed was MUCH nicer.
The condo is a little far from most of Phoenix's main attractions. 20 mins to most of the stuff we wanted to do, so a rental car is a must.
The hikes behind the condo, walkable, were nice enough, but nothing worth writing home about.
Given the price and the homey feel of the condo we would stay here again. Hoping to come again during a different season to then venture to Sedona. (this trip we ended up getting snowed off the mountain and had to retreat)

Thanks for the feedback Tom. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We will pass on the information to the owners about the king bed. Yours is the first complaint and we usually act when we get more than one or two complaints about an issue that is subjective. We wanted to put a memory foam mattress in like our other rentals but owner did not approve.
As far as location, that is one of our best points that most people appreciate because not only are we surrounded by mountains with hiking trails but we are smack dab in the middle of the now sprawling east and west valleys, instead of far east like Scottsdale or far west like Peoria. Luckily the freeways here are well designed and nowhere near the traffic of other metropolitan areas.

Perfect getaway location
Nicely appointed and near nice hiking. Great pool and spas. Kitchen is small, but overall great for one or two couples!

Beautiful Condo in a great location!
Nice place, just like home. Kitchen well stocked, games, DVD's all available. Even sports equipment if you're into that. This is not a hotel, so as things run out you may have to buy your own (we had to get TP). But there is so much here it is fun to leave things behind for the next guest.

Wonderful Visit
This was our 3rd year staying in this condo!! It is absolutely beautiful!! I have never had any issues and the management is wonderful!! If you are looking to get away, I highly recommend this location!!!

It felt like we were staying in someone's home.
This was the best place we've ever stayed; even better than the all inclusive resort we went to in Jamaica! It had EVERYTHING we needed to have a fabulous week in Phoenix. There are large bedrooms with lots of dresser space to unpack as well as large closets stocked with board games, cards & poker chips, pool toys, tennis balls & rackets, etc The bedrooms were tastefully decorated, well lit and each had its own TV. The bathrooms are well lit & well stocked with plenty of extra towels, comfy blankets and extra sheets etc.The full eat in kitchen has more dishes, glasses, pans & all manner of utensils than we would ever need. Even the pantry had all the basic cooking needs, spices & condiments! The full service laundry room was spacious & stocked with all the basics. The living room had comfortable furniture, an HDTV, blue ray player, surround sound, basic cable. There's a large patio with a dining table & a couple of relaxing chairs with a small table each area had a ceiling fan & lighting. I'm sure I forgot to mention some of the amenities, but what put this place over the top were the numerous little things like there were can coolies, a small cooler, laundry detergent, softener, basket, a small bookcase full of books, DVDs, magazines & pamphlets on nearby attractions, take-out menus and so much more. All nestled in a quiet little area between Glendale & Scottsdale. We'll never stay anywhere else when we come to Phoenix!

Great and Relaxing Vacation
Pointe Tapait Cliffs is a wonderful place to vacation. The pools were very clean and cool and with three on the property you could pick and choose your lounging spot. Location is perfect and very easy to navigate around the city. Will most definitely come back on our next extended stay in Phoenix.
